Bella atmosfera, buona SPA (anche sé alcuni servizi non funzionavano). Non consiglio le camere confort (la più bassa categoria, che ha bisogno di maggiore manutenzione, cuscini, piumoni vecchi e scomodi ecc.). Il servizio potrebbe essere più accurato, considerando il 4 stelle. Esempi: lunga attesa se chiami dalla camera la reception, volevamo partecipare alla meditazione con le campane tibetane, ma tra reception e la spa nessuno aveva informazioni precise e concordi (alla fine abbiamo dovuto rinunciarci); poca attenzione al cliente quando consegnano la camera fredda in pieno inverno (anche se successivamente sono riusciti a risolvere il problema grazie al servizio di manutenzione). Buona la colazione e la location. Forse ci ritorneremo, ma con una camera di categoria superiore e con un giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.
