We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

literally a little diamond in the rough. Surrounded by not much and what just seems like a vast expanse of a car park and a not quite used building but what the outdoors lacks the interior makes up for in every way. Lovely staff, very decent breakfast spread, free cookies , great ambience all around the hotel. My only visit to the bar left a lot to be desired as I was given flat coke and rum, which I noticed had come from an earlier opened bottle of coke, would have worked better with a mixer can in my opinion; that not withstanding the staff were fabulous at every single juncture. Even when the airline cancelled our flight with little notice they were helpful and considerate of our plight. We did observe that there is actually no full spa service which we had hoped to use, but this did not mar our experience. The biggest issue with staying her is the cost of transportation, it’s EXORBITANT!! even the airport transfers were a tad pricey, would be an idea to make that complimentary given the cost of transport generally. this would be the main thing that I would say needs to be considered by guests and management. I would definitely stay again ! Thanks to a wonderful staff team.

The night we arrived the hotel did not have hot water. The reception didn’t remind us, and when we realized that during shower, we called to the reception and no one has answered the phone. The other day we told the staff about this when we check out, the staff said the whole building didn’t have hot water but not only us, with a very impolite attitude without an apology, implying it wasn’t really an issue to not have hot water for guests. For the room, it’s dirty, dim, feels very uncomfortable. The charge per night is more than 120 usd. I won’t come back again even if it is free.

Cosa ci é piaciuto: Posizione vicina all'autostrada, ma comunque tranquilla e immersa nel verde; inoltre anche molto vicina all'Outlet Noventa, comodo per una pausa snack, giochi di bambini o per un qualche regalo o acquisto. La struttura é molto pulita e rilassante, non c'é calca e c'é tranquillità e bere un prosecco in giardino con il bimbo che corre in giro per i campi senza dover aver paura di strade o auto é davvero bello. Buona la colazione con ordinazione anche la sera prima di cose ”speciali” (omelette, uova, ecc.) ed il ristorante ha davvero un'ottima scelta di pasta, pesce e carne, ce n'é per tutti i gusti. Gentili e bravi i camerieri del ristorante, grazie della bella esperienza. Cosa non è piaciuto: Peccato che non sia stata integrata una piscina che farebbe dell'hotel ancora un posto più attraente, anche se sapevamo che non c'era, una volta sul posto sarebbe stato molto bello averne una con i 35°C che c'erano. Forse manca un po' quello spirito d'accoglienza che in altri posti é più sentito (v. Toscana, Emilia Romagna,...), dove ti senti davvero il benvenuto nella struttura e ”coccolato”, anche se é vero che stavamo solo una notte, ma un po' più di servizio (al di fuori del ristorante dove son stati tutti bravi e gentili) ed accoglienza non farebbero male e renderebbero l'esperienza da buona ad ottima.

Nice hotel, pleasant stay, definitely a recommended choice. Clean rooms (I got an extra one on site). I understand that they receive a large number of people every day and the turnover is high: as a point of improvement I might suggest to provide ceramic mugs instead of paper glasses in the room. I am sure that, if asked, they would probably have replaced them. Silent rooms despite being quite close to a provincial road. Nice and pleasant garden. Very good morning breakfast. First we went around the place, heard the story of who and how the “castle” came to be. We went out to the vineyard, the wine cellar and then to the tasting. I am still not a wine lover. But I am not a wine hater either!! There were at least three different wines, that I liked. I can only highly recommend this place to anyone who likes and dislikes wine 🍷 The place is gorgeous! The staff was friendly and helpful, and very interactive with the costumers!! I would definitely recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

RECENSIONE SOLO PER PISCINA (come osipte esterno). Comodo il parcheggio e con tanti posti. Nei festivi ingresso piscina a 18 €, per tutto il giorno, comprensivo di asciugamano, lettino e ombrellone (non singolo ma quello grande per cui non si può spostarlo). Mancanza totale di privacy perchè i lettini sono praticamente attaccati l'uno all”all'altro Presenza di spogliatoio, servizi e docce (anche calda). Presente, ovviamente il bagnino. La piscina, anche se un pò scenografica, non è granchè perchè piccola e praticamente si tocca ovunque. Carina la cascatella, però il rumore che produce dopo un pò è molto fastidioso. Ammessi i cani a bordo piscina (sicuramente non gradito a chi soffre di allergie) anche se vietato dal regolamento esposto. Nessuno fa la doccia prima di entare in piscina, seppur obbligatoria. Nessuno indossa la cuffia, seppur obbligatoria. Molti, bambini e adulti, si tuffano seppur vietato dal regolamento. Bambini con pannolone entrano allegramente in piscina. Famiglie che banchettano con cibo portato dall'esterno, seppur vietato dal regolamento. Ottimo regolamento che però non viene rispettato dai più e nessuno dei bagnini interviene per farlo rispettare. Presente un bar bordo piscina dove ho preso per 6 € un ”tostone” (come indicato nel menù) che invece era un normale toast (una vera presa in giro): a saperlo prima avrei ordinato qualcosa di diverso (un classico panino per es.). Nell'aria c'è uno strano odore (tipo lavanderia) che non so da dove provenga. Presenti ospiti stranieri rumorosi e ineducati che non vengono mai ripresi dal personale piscina. Personale senza infamia e senza lode. Sconsiglio assolutamente la frequentazione. PS La recensione è frutto di una intera giornata passata in piscina

We had a great view of the castle from our room and the terrace by the entrance of the hotel provides a nice vista as well. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty with a nice selection of fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, and cakes. The staff was helpful and friendly. That being said, the room itself was well in need of an update. The air conditioning was broken and the room was very stuffy and hot, even when we opened the window. No tea or coffee making facilities were available in the room. The WI-FI was poor and kept cutting off. I have not used the spa facilities, so can't comment on those.

La struttura é molto pulita e rilassante, non c'é calca e c'é tranquillità e bere un prosecco in giardino con il bimbo che corre in giro per i campi senza dover aver paura di strade o auto é davvero bello. Buona la colazione con ordinazione anche la sera prima di cose ”speciali” (omelette, uova, ecc.) ed il ristorante ha davvero un'ottima scelta di pasta, pesce e carne, ce n'é per tutti i gusti. Gentili e bravi i camerieri del ristorante, grazie della bella esperienza. Cosa non è piaciuto: Peccato che non sia stata integrata una piscina che farebbe dell'hotel ancora un posto più attraente, anche se sapevamo che non c'era, una volta sul posto sarebbe stato molto bello averne una con i 35°C che c'erano. Forse manca un po' quello spirito d'accoglienza che in altri posti é più sentito (v. Toscana, Emilia Romagna,...), dove ti senti davvero il benvenuto nella struttura e ”coccolato”, anche se é vero che stavamo solo una notte, ma un po' più di servizio (al di fuori del ristorante dove son stati tutti bravi e gentili) ed accoglienza non farebbero male e renderebbero l'esperienza da buona ad ottima.

Innanzitutto una sequenza inenarrabile di barriere architettoniche. Edificio che fu stato di pregio ma ormai in decadimento. Manca l’ascensore. Il bagno, vedi foto altra recensione TripAdvisor, è un incubo. Misure ergonomiche non rispettate, cassetta wc che perde, rubinetto acqua fredda lavabo che perde; rumore tra i tanti che accompagna tutta la notte. Rumori di ogni tipo durante le ore del riposo: scarichi dei bagni, persone sulle scale, persone in altre camere: si sente tutto. Camera piccola, arredamento obsoleto, coperta e cuscini aggiuntivi abbandonati sul fondo dell’armadio; sconsiglio anche solo di toccarli, si alza una nuvola di polvere. Tutto questo, come si legge nelle altre recensioni TripAdvisor, accompagnato dalla maleducazione ed insolenza. Sono stato accusato di aver rubato una fantomatica chiave di una cassaforte; chiave e cassaforte che non ho mai visto. Per poi sapere che a quel portachiavi non è mai stata attaccata la seconda chiave che altre camere hanno. Il mio consiglio, se non trovate altro, continuate a cercare altrove; piuttosto di questo hotel, la prossima volta, dormirei in macchina in inverno o su una panchina in estate Qualunque altra soluzione, per me, è sempre e comunque meglio di questa

I have add all details, of course credit card details and i have book but i not receive any conformation. Next day i check if my booking is ok with hotel and i have telephone conformation that my room is booked. Hotel must improve booking system. Hotel is nice, clean and stuff is frendly. If you travel with car hotel offer huge parking and of course park garage (5 euro/day). On every floor you can find vending machine with snack and cold drinks. Room and Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is huge and with a lot of different food. Because of Covid no more self service. You choose what you wish and waiter give to you on plate. This is Covid rules.

Colazione a 7 stelle, grazie alla disponibilità del personale di sala, alla gentilezza dimostrata ed alla migliore applicazione del protocollo sanitario per l'emergenza in atto, grazie al fatto che il cliente non tocca quasi nulla...... J'ai passé 2 nuits dans ce magnifique petit hotel. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Télévision à écran plat, un minibar et la climatisation. L'hôtel met également à votre disposition un wi-fi gratuit. Salle de bain impeccable. Le petit déjeuner absolument parfait. Le personnel super disponible, le taxi n'est pas arrivé, la propriétaire a été adorable, elle m'a déposée à l'aéroport. J'aurais presque voulu rater mon avion pour rester un jour de plus. Je recommande et j'y retournerai sans hésiter

Albergo semplice e pulito ma il vero punto forte è il bistrot. Viaggio per lavoro e qui forse per la prima volta mi sono sentita come a casa, sempre accolta con il sorriso, con una parola gentile e tante accortezze. Complimenti davvero alle ragazze che lo gestiscono perché oltre ad offrire sempre prodotti freschi la vera differenza la fanno loro. Continuate così! Brave!

We booked the hotel to be close to family and the hotel is a little gem…. With a little history thrown in Rooms are simple but nice Service excellent Breakfast was handled really well in these difficult times … selection of fresh juices, cereals, pastries, eggs , ham, cheeses, hoe made cakes and some lovely Italian coffees to start the day … sit in the outside area and it’s a great way to start the day before you stroll around the castle grounds and have more coffee in one of the little cafes Will return!!

We stayed one overnight, check in was fast and easy, the room is comfy and clean, breakfast was pretty good, especially the espresso. The staff is also polite and professional. Absolutely recommended.
