酒店離青島火車北站很近，交通方便，酒店比較新，環境比較好！客房衞生乾淨整潔！尤其十九樓客房大姐，熱情周到，孩子們去沙灘玩衣服都濕了，主動告知有洗衣房，還可以烘乾，特別方便！大姐爽朗的笑聲，聊天感覺就跟自己親朋好友一樣，讓人感覺特別親切！大姐打掃完房間，看我們人比較多，還給多放了兩瓶礦泉水，為大姐的細心周到點贊！

店的位置在李村，距離萬達很近，交通很方便，房間衞生很乾凈，提供一次性面巾，説真服務真的很好，本人睡眠很淺，前台很貼心的給安排了安靜的房間，房間裏無線很流暢，打王者上了不少分，熱水上水很快，累了一天沖個澡很舒服，床墊軟硬適中，連鎖品牌入住安心，早餐也很不錯，嘻嘻，性價比沒得説，太讚了，推薦！

We recently stayed in a spacious Suite room, perfect for my family! The location was ideal, just a short walk to Licun Night Market and the Metro Station. However, the bathroom layout could use some improvement for better functionality. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would recommend!

李村地鐵站B口出來向右方走到一個旋轉門就是酒店入口，這裡有2、3號線，酒店有電梯可以直達負二層地鐵站，到五四廣場大概半小時左右，出行還算方便，前台可以免費寄存行李，酒店前台就在一樓左手邊，整棟樓都是各種酒店，他家需要先在1樓乘電梯到4樓再換對面電梯上樓，客房安排在了8樓靠街一面，玻璃不太乾淨看外面不是很清晰，周圍都是各種商場購物中心，隔壁有自助洗衣房，配備了兩台滾筒洗衣機和烘乾機，還有掛燙機，衹是有客人經常洗完不取一直佔用着機器，旁邊有李村樂客城夜市，晚上很熱鬧，後面是樂客城，裏面吃購娛很方便，衞生間和淋浴乾濕分離，一次性洗漱用品都有，有中央空調，房間內有WiFi，就是經常需要重啟一下電視上面那個路由器，要不然沒網絡連看電視都看不了，房間內有地毯，感覺不是很乾凈，連住三天每天都會簡單打掃補充用品，還能免費延遲退房到兩點，總之還算是很有性價比的

PPengguna Tetamu雨天和晴天來的感覺各不相同，非常有幸兩種天氣我都體驗到了，第一天入住的時候正在下雨，圖1-6是雨天的樣子，因為下雨不方便出門，所以在咖啡廳裏待了一下午，風景很不錯。
第二天看到了日出，很美，在房間裏看日出的感覺真的很棒^ - ^而且我特別喜歡太陽出來打在房間裏的感覺，光影很美！
距離嶗山很近，十幾分鍾就到，可以爬山；
早餐很豐盛，但冰美式很難喝🥹嶗山美式是獨特的味道，還可以；但是海鮮火鍋可能真的不太合我的胃口🥹我們內陸人回去狠狠吃肉了……抱歉
值得一提的是衞生大部分地區是乾淨的，但是椅子上有污漬記得清理喔，我沒敢坐…
總的來説是核心競爭力是風景！！！風景真的很美！美到讓我可以忍受這些瑕疵，但是期待做得更好🥹

The hotel itself is very new and maintains an impeccable level of cleanliness that immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
What stood out to me, even more, was the delightful breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. The variety was commendable, catering to all tastes with a perfect mix of local and international dishes. Starting the day with such a vast and delicious selection was indeed a treat.
However, the crown jewel of this hotel has to be its staff. The level of kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism they exhibited was beyond any expectation. Their commitment to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay was evident in every interaction. A particular instance that left a lasting impression on me was when I inquired about a nearby toy shop to purchase a gift for my friend's son. Not only did they provide information, but one of the staff members went above and beyond by calling a young man with an SUV. This young gentleman drove me approximately 20 minutes from the hotel to a shopping mall, assisted me in choosing the perfect toy, and then kindly brought me back to the hotel.
To my surprise, this extraordinary service didn't end there. Upon my return, they presented me with a small package of sweet and tasty Chinese cakes as a gift. This gesture of genuine care and hospitality deeply touched me and elevated my experience at the Vienna International Hotel to one of the most memorable ones.

RRobertThe location is excellent, beside MixC with many restaurants, around 10 minutes walk to the seaside, 2 minutes to the subway station. The breakfast is very large, the Chinese, but also the western food.
In the room are not enough electricity sockets, there wasn't a dedicated space for the electric kettle. We had to put it on the floor to make coffee or tea, whats crazy in such an expensive hotel.

This restaurant provides Chinese and western breakfasts, lunches and diners. It has a good restaurant decorated with southwest style and a private Chinese restaurant that can be enjoyed. LLulugOverall the hotel experience was pleasant enough. Had some difficulties finding the hotel at first. The hotel is very conveniently located with walking proximity to the airport. Rooms were spacious and beds and pillows were comfortable. Major grip was there was NO FRIDGE in the hotel rooms! Considering how hot it was in Qingdao this time of year, this was definitely an inconvenience. The pool was under renovation, so couldn't use it.

PPengguna TetamuI enjoyed this stay very much, as it was in the heart of Licun, Qingdao, which I did not know very well. A lot to see in the area and easy access to the metro system. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable. The water pressure was poor but did not matter much. I would definitely recommend this to others as an inexpensive stay option.

海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful.
I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

RRachelle MaeLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2.
We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread.
There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

在青島日本領事館へも距離が近いので旅先で困ったことがあっても安心して宿泊することができると思います。
当ホテルから1時間ほどで行けるロウ山の巨峰という区域はとても壮大です。是非行ってみてください✨（観光に訪れる際には崂山风景区游客服务中心という観光センターから出ているバスに乗車する必要があります）

Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in.
The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.
