I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. This was a trip booked only 10 days prior and with a lot of travelers in the Algarve for the Europa League final held in Seville. On arrival I was checked in by a very pleasant lady who explained both the parking (free public parking outside the hotel) and the buffet breakfast. The room was clean with a good a/c unit which when active. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The beach and promenade were only a 2 minute walk from the hotel, with numerous bars & restaurants. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend if staying in Quarteira.

The hotel Atismar does what it says on the tin. Great location, 2 minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants etc. 5 mins from main town, supermarkets. 15/20 minutes stroll to villamoura marina. Food, good selection, usual pasta, fish, meats, veg, cold selections etc. Breakfast good, usual selections too, bacon, eggs, toast, beans, boiled eggs, sausage (hot dogs). Bar area is abit small, but staff friendly. I reckon in high seasonnit could be crowded. Staff in general are all nice from reception to bar to restaurant. Room was comfortable n clean. We were on the 11th (top) floor so great views out to sea. Pool area was a little small (for high season) but obviously in November we didnt use it. All in all, nice hotel, great location. Worth the money

What a lovely hotel! We stayed here at the end of August as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout around the pool, cafe and reception areas. The rooms were tidied and cleaned every day by the maids, all other staff around the hotel were very helpful too! Our experience was a very positive one. The apartment was a very good standard for what we wanted, there was 1 bedroom and then a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen was basic but enough to make a brew/toast or something simple like pasta. Although slightly out of town we actually enjoyed the location of this hotel. For those that want to go into town the hotel offers a free bus service 3 times per day into Vilamoura which is a bonus when it's hot. If we wanted to stay out later we sometimes used an uber which cost around 5/6euros into town. The hotel was very quiet and you didn't have to fight for sunbeds as there was plenty for everyone! Food was served in the small cafe/restaurant. It was basic but good enough if you don't want to cook or go into town. There is a Spar supermarket literally around the corner (0.2miles walk) which is well equipped with essentials and has a really good variety of fresh foods/bread. Although we didn't go to lay golf the hotel is in a perfect location for golfers as it's not far from some of the famous courses. We would definitely stay here again but I would advise that you check the location before you book. Some of the negative comments about the location do not do this place justice.

For a 3 star hotel this is excellent. We had to check out of our villa at 10am - but with a late evening flight home we needed somewhere to dump our cases and enjoy a pool somewhere for the day. We booked this (had to phone due to strange check in/out that we needed) we booked the room from 10am-7pm , obviously we had to be charged for the full day (80 euros) what a bargain! We weren't expecting much but we are pleasantly surprised (writing this sat by the peaceful pool ). Room is large and very clean - can't vouch for.comfort of bed as we won't be sleeping in them). This would make a great, value for money, base and you wouldn't be disappointed with pool and bar - we were feeling a bit deflated coming from a beautiful villa with private pool to a small hotel - but we love it! Staff are very helpful and friendly. If your looking for a good value hotel - this is it!

We love this hotel the food is amazing, all the staff are very friendly. You get well looked after. the hotel is on the beach and it is worth a sea view. Can not fault this hotel we try and go 3 times a year. Always returning to this hotel due to amazing Service.

The hotel is in a quiet area about a 20 minute walk to the marina which was very nice The rooms are a great size cleaned every day with new linen and towels Reception staff were very helpful with 1 exception who only had one reply (Not possible ) to everything but ANNA was a star and helped us lots The food was very limited and always run out of deserts only fruit salad left even at 7pm each day-starters for me was soup every day The main was a choice of 2 meals which was ok but small portions and we had to eat out on several occasions due to lack of choice. Breakfast was ok needed to be hotter and the sausage was not edible horrible. But lots of cold buffet. The bar area very small but ok so we used the Hilton which is very close It was an ok holiday but would we return i think not.

The hostel is the perfect spot for traveling to the Algarve region. The town is very cute and close to the beach. Besides, it is located at the very center of the area, so you have 45 min car ride to the East beaches and 45 min car ride to the West beaches. The staff was super friendly, and the facilities were very neat and clean. We stayed in the suites, and the price was super affordable. It is highly recommended!

The staff at Dom Pedro, Vilamoura are truly amazing people who take great pride in making your experience enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Near the beach but not on top of it, a short stroll to the marina with its many restaurants and bars, and just across the road from a Spar supermarket. The rooms are spacious, the beds soooooo comfortable and the bathrooms include shampoo and a few toiletries. The pool area is well protected from the sea breeze by a hedge and the massive lawns and gardens are well kept. There is an abundance of sun beds which can be used around the pool or moved into shaded areas if preferred. At breakfast there is something for everyone and individual needs such as non-dairy milk are catered for on request, nothing is too much trouble. Well done Dom Pedro you are a great example to the hospitality industry.
