Hotel Quebec dengan Spa

Lima bintang bukanlah suatu keterlaluan. Harganya sangat bagus. Stromspa luar adalah seribu kurang untuk dua orang. Hotel ini dilengkapi dengan mata air panas yang lebih baik daripada stromspa dan hanya lima belas hari sehari ... sama dengan lima ratus orang yang menginap di hotel yang begitu baik. Bayaran daftar keluar lewat akan hilang

Beautiful hotel and room. The location is good in old Quebec but to get to other locations requires a walk down and up the steep hill. Amenities such as the gym is quite basic but does the job.

My major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return.

This place is really special. They have a gracious, energetic staff who provide attentive but unpretentious hospitality. Room was meticulously clean and the whole place is beautifully decorated. Location is great - it’s at the bottom of the big hill, in a relatively quiet part of the old town, however just a couple of blocks from the Petite Champlain (get up early to avoid crowds there - at 7am I took photos with no one in them and got a nice coffee). This was a splurge for me, but I won’t ever forget staying here.

Un gran hotel, lo hemos conseguido solo por 115€ a través de Trip.com y de geți los demás hoteles por Canadá solo les hemos adquirido por Trip. com con grandes descuentos. Un Hotelazzo!!! Hemos descansado muy bien después de un día pasear por Quebec y subir a Tadoissac a ver ballenas y volver a Quebec. Tuvimos una gran suerte con este hotel !!!

Albergo poco distante dal centro città, circa 15 minuti di auto. Camere pulite, anche se noi abbiamo preso una stanza per 2 giorni e non sono mai passati per le pulizie, ma questa cosa l'ho riscontrata in tutti gli alberghi del Canada. C'è anche una piccola piscina interna riscaldata e ti forniscono alla reception gli asciugamani.

周邊道路在施工，出個門七繞八繞。但酒店內部很好，乾淨舒適，還可以免費游泳、泡溫泉。半層樓的行李專用升降梯太差了，開個門費死勁，要碰運氣才能打開。

I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time. However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed. The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem). Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working. Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy. There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).

Belle hotel. Salle de bain n’est pas au gout du jour mais reste de la chambre super beau. Nous avons adoré et retournera dans cette hotel certainement.

Vraiment déçue. Le spa était insalubre. L'eau était verte et sentait vaiment mauvais. Nous n'avons donc pas pu relaxer dedans. L'eau de la piscine était passable. Elle n'était pas très clair. Dans ma chambre je n'avais pas.de.rideau de.douche et l'air climatisée à été à 15 degré toute la nuit et ça ne refroidissant pas assez la chambre ppurbun bon co fort. Cette hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le prix payer.
