The deluxe cottage rooms are not in the main building, and you can watch the sunrise on the sixth floor. The room and bathroom were large and clean, the bathroom was a bit dated and the hand towels had a strange smell. The room has safe and iron. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad. The only problem is getting to the hotel, they only have 2 free shuttles from the lakeside, otherwise you need to take a taxi. All staff are friendly.

Greats: Food (Try the Biryani), Hospitality Goods: Room, Farm Views (Also, a little bit of the lake), Cleanliness, Service Time (Quick response to requests) Could be better: Massage Service. Won't recommend in the current state as the environment and setup is not that good. Others: It is a bit far from the market so you'll have to walk ~1.5 KMs up and down. Also, its hard to find taxis for 4+ people Great hospitality from the staff, namely Binita, Dikshya & Saroj. Sorry I couldn't get names of the rest of the folks but everyone has a very welcoming nature and always happy to help.

Very nice hotel. Good location just a walking distance to central bus station and a big park near the lake. I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

The hotel is good and safe for stay. Location is also good as it is close to phew a lake. The owners are very cooperative and help in arranging local tours, adventure sport activities, taxi etc. Overall a good place to stay.

因為酒店的熱情服務，不好意思體驗別家酒店了，衹能繼續住第三天。 設施 1. 除了熱水慢不那麼熱 2. 沒電梯 3. 沒吹風機… 頭髮自然幹… 衞生 住三天了也沒打掃過… 起碼給我換新毛巾吧… 我都晚上回去，保潔也下班了，我也沒提，算了。 環境 舒適 服務 服務態度好，老闆説我要打車被多收錢，告訴他們，他們會把多收的錢給我，結果我第四天退房打車，他們特地跟司機説別多收我錢，到了巴士站，司機應該收我83盧比，給了100盧比沒找錢，這信用… 大家記得準備好零錢！這個服務我倒是沒驗證，大家知曉即可。

It was very pleasant stay. Services were outstanding. All of the staffs were very friendly and understanding. I would definitely come back and stay again in this hotel. Price was also very reasonable and they do include free breakfast i.e, buffet style and it was delicious.

Brilliant place to stay, we stayed three nights, rooms were so quiet and comfortable, had the best night sleep here. Breakfast is great, lots of complimentary tea coffee and water. My dad got lost in pokhara and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great attentive staff, like all of Nepal, very smiley and happy to help. Great location and great value for money we will definitely stay again

Несмотря на накрывшую Покхару мглу нам удалось чудесно провести время в этом отеле. В принципе, отель можно и не покидать - предлагается масса удобств и форм активности. Не особо зацепил, пожалуй, только Спа. Еда вкусная. Логистика в город - канатка или такси. Или пешком :) Кстати о смоге в конце сезона - наверху его значительно меньше, воздух чище. по соседству - зиплайн/банджиджампинг/параглайдинг. За безупречный сервис на private dining спасибо Raj.

We stayed in this little gem for 2 nights rather out of coincidence, waiting for our flight. The location is great, our room tidy, clean and neat and had a fantastic view on the lake and the surrounding mountains. Just a couple of minutes walk to Lakeside. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We can fully recommend this hotel!
