Beautiful hotel and room. The location is good in old Quebec but to get to other locations requires a walk down and up the steep hill. Amenities such as the gym is quite basic but does the job.

The hotel was within walking distance to the old part of the city. The food at the hotel was wonderful. The room was so unique with the stone walls. We would definitely book at the Port Royal again.

Had a budget-friendly stay at this hotel, situated about 15 minutes away from Old Quebec by car. The room was modest in size, and the overall condition was okay. Despite not being very close to the main attractions, the low price point and complimentary breakfast make it a reasonable choice for those looking for an affordable and light stay.

I stayed at the four points Sheraton convention center in Levis as part of a couple business trips. I had a very pleasant experience every time. The hotel is nicely located in Levis, close to most business locations an entertainment venues if the city. It is very easily accessible by car and has a free outdoor parking or an indoor one for $12/night. The check in procedure is very simple and fast. It took me literally 2 min to clear check in. The rooms are quite spacious. Mine was overlooking the parking. Not a very nice view but quite refreshing as the whole wall is actually a glass window. If you like sunshine like I do, such rooms are perfect: The hotel seems to be new because they don’t have an operational kitchen, so you can’t order to your room. So I used my Ubereats subscription for my in room dining. There are a few good options close by to dine out. I personnalité reconnue Délice which is 5 min away on foot. A nice gesture in the morning, the hotel offers free coffee and tea in the lobby. So you can grab yours while in the way to work. The checkout procedure is also as simple as the checkin, 2 min and you are out. Finally, one has to mention the personnel who are all very nice and extremely helpful. This is very much reflective of the culture of the region. I recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying in Levis. It is the nicest option in town and you will definitely feel comfortable. ***Please like this review if you find it helpful. 周邊道路在施工，出個門七繞八繞。但酒店內部很好，乾淨舒適，還可以免費游泳、泡溫泉。半層樓的行李專用升降梯太差了，開個門費死勁，要碰運氣才能打開。

床很舒服，早餐不錯，服務很好，離transcanadian公路很近方便，所在地是利維市居民區，步行200米有大型超市IGA。

The arrival at the hotel started badly with a young receptionist full of germs she kept spreading in her tissue and around (as if we did not just get out of a pandemic that showed us how far any virus can travel) and she started laughing at me in French (assuming that I do not speak over 10 languages including French) saying that I want a room taken by another customer: how rude of her to assume that. The older manager thankfully intervened and the room we checked in via the app was given to us, explaining to the manager, however sick from the road I was, that we did not want something extraordinary: - the room had the lines of the newly built hotels we stayed in the USA and just like in the USA, this room proved to have poor insulation between rooms, slamming doors and the trepidation noises on the hallways to make stuff vibrate in the room. Thankfully everything stopped soon after 10pm and we had a good night sleep only disturbed by the construction next door the following morning, however quiet those people were trying to operate their machinery - parking at the back of the hotel is safe and thankfully Google satellite helped us immensely with travelling to and from Quebec City trying to avoid the major road works happening just about everywhere - the hotel is located near a major shopping area and a Walmart great with icecreams and drinks we always like having - breakfast at the hotel included warm items and it was varied although people kept taking multiple tables to sit and talk: I guess the lower floors were rather busy since we hardly heard any talk up our floor - the manager was kind in thinking of sending a warm up gift, although I wish the young female receptionist would receive further training and stopped assuming things she wanted to assume about customers who effectively pay her salary

It was okay....we had a room in the older wing and it was pretty much bare basic, but it was clean and the room was quiet and comfortable for the one night that we stayed. Appreciated the no carpet in the room, but getting to the room was a bit of a trek as the front desk staff directed us to take the elevator and then we had to take some connecting stairs down to our room-felt a bit discombobulated and it was a pain given that it was very hot (they were in the middle of a heat dome...) and we were carrying a fair amount of luggage. Parking out front was free but the spaces are pretty tight. Staff on front desk were very polite. Would stay here again as it has pretty good value for where it is located and for its cleanliness.

Le service est super, l'hôtel magnifique et la vue sur le Lac de toute beauté. La chambre est d'une grandeur parfaite avec un beau balcon. La seule chose qui me dérange et je crois que maintenant c'est comme ça dans tout les hôtels, l'heure d'arrivée est pour 16h. Ce qui ne donne pas 24h de location pour la chambre mais le tarifs est le même.
