Hotel Queenstown dengan Gim

Whilst this is an hotel that is rated as a luxury hotel there are a few features which don’t justify that title. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, and most have beautiful views of the lake. However there are a few things that are irritating. Being offered a coffee on arrival and then realise you have to pay for it, having to ask for enough tea and coffee every day, and always having to ask for more milk. The room service menu is very limited and not available when it says. We had to order an early breakfast which came in a carrier bag, with no milk or yogurt. Eating muesli dry is not fun! Apparently they had run out of yoghurt? I am sure when these minor details are ironed out the Rees would be truly classed as a luxury hotel.

Quite close to the town centre, within walking distance with free parking. Back in dec 23 there was a lot of road construction so the experience could be better. But the hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Bed was comfortable and had a balcony (ground level) to dine out with beautiful skyline.

I booked this hotel so we could be close to LUMA. I read some really mixed reviews and was a little nervous. But we had the BEST stay! Right from calling up as I made a mistake booking online, the man who I spoke to was so helpful, accommodating my large family group over three rooms . It was a really really busy weekend at the hotel with Luma on and kings birthday, but the staff were all so lovely and friendly despite being run off their feet, Highlights were the comfiest beds ever, the fab spa pool which was a hit with us adults and kids( you book a slot at reception), and the amazing lake front view from the lake front rooms. There was even a kids corner near reception with Xbox game, books and a few toys. The reviews online had been average for the breakfast. While it wasn’t ground-breaking, it was more than fine and the custard danish pastries were delicious! Overall, we had a fab stay and would definitely book again.

We were incredibly fortunate to book in and have our very first Le Goûter experience, at Le Salon Rouge, in The Sofitel, Queenstown. It was an Afternoon Tea like no other that we've ever experienced before. It was very romantic, an afternoon tea in a gorgeous elegant setting with relaxing speakeasy-style music softly playing in the background. The presentation was such a special surprise, with us each being delivered a book filled with decadent French treats. My book was from Paris, and my husband's was from New York. Inside the books were bite-sized delicious morsels that had been perfectly hand crafted by Sous Chef Imogen Liao. Each item is made on-site and was created with absolute precision! If you're ever in Queenstown, this is an experience not to be missed. Unlike many other Afternoon Teas in Hotels, this is affordable, and is such a fun, and very French experience to enjoy with your loved one, or a friend. I have been to several Afternoon Teas and High Teas across the world and can say without question that I have never experienced one like this before. This is definitely unique, I have never been surprised like I was in this one. The freshness and attention to detail were absolutely second to none. This is a memory that we will treasure forever. We are a family of three and we spent nine nights at the Crowne Plaza in Queenstown. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location but these are the only positives. We had complimentary breakfast for nine days but didn't eat it once during our stay. We attempted breakfast but it was well below average. I can recommend the orange juice but we much preferred to go elsewhere for our morning coffee and a bite to eat. We also ate at the restaurant on the first night but that was enough for us. This was also below average and we never returned during the remaining eight nights. The hotel is very much a three star hotel standard. It's an ageing property with small rooms and very limited hotel amenities. The hotel isn't cheap and I would say that it doesn't represent good value for money. This is one of the worst IHG hotels that we have visited. We were actually looking forward to leave, which was a shame as Queenstown itself is stunning. We are now spending a few nights in the Hilton Hotel in Auckland before returning to Australia. In all honesty we all had a huge smile when we checked in to the Hilton and felt so relived to be back in the type of hotel that we are used to.

Good location, comfy room with balcony with partial sea view. Had everything you needed but was a bit of a strange layout in the whole complex. To get to our room from reception we could get part of the way by a lift but then had to go outside twice to get to the right block. However, there was parking in the basement which had a direct lift up to the floor we were on. Like most places in Queenstown, there was a lot of building work going on & roadworks which made things a bit awkward but not impossible. Staff were friendly & helpful. There was a restaurant on site but we indulged in room service which was excellent.

Apartment was a good size providing plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable providing a good nights sleep. Having a jetted tub was great for soaking in the evening after busy days. The kitchen enabled us to prepare our own meals as required. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Location is excellent & is an easy walk to downtown (there is a short, sharp hill in between, but nothing overly taxing). Public transport stops around the corner, which makes transferring a breeze. our room was at the back of the hotel & was therefore pretty quiet (no real traffic noise). Overall, good value for money

Our suite at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel was extremely comfortable. The staff made sure that all our needs were met including helping with dinner reservations at a local restaurant and the breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, The Happy Hour gave us an opportunity to visit with other guest and gain some insights to other sight seeing opportunities in the area

위치는 호수는 조금만 보여요...대신 산들이나 케이블카 잘보여요...4스퀘어까지는 도보3분 퍼그버거는 5분..프레임바같이 호수 앞까지는 7분 스타벅스나 ANZ은행도 5분...주차는 정말 넉넉해요 저도 첨엔 호수 앞에 예약했다가 렌트카 때문에 이리로 옮겼어요... 대신 방은 정말 넓어요 침실 분리되어있구요..거실넓고 베란다...여기서 저녁에 맥주한잔하면 정말 좋네요...호수 안보일까봐 걱정하시는 분은 안하셔도 ...어차피 해지기 전까지는 호수 앞에서 놀다 올꺼니까요...
