Hotel tengah bandar so boleh shj jalan kaki ke pasar payang🤭..bilik ok,kemas..cumanya shower & toilet xberapa lengkap..shower tak fully function,air panas xbrp panas & water pressure low..TV xde semua channel yg dilistkn..tekan² senua tv1😂…lift ade 2 tp function 1 shj..breakfast dia okla not bad tp better lagi kot klo hidangkn mknn terengganu..but overall boleh la hotel nie dgn harga dia..just for next time,better letak signage no smoking kt area lift..sbb ade je guest yg smoke kt bilik & lift..

My partner had chosen Ming Paragon as our home for 3 nights in Kuala Terengganu as it was centrally located & close to many places of interest. It proved to be a good decision as much research had taken place prior to our holiday. Our flight had arrived in mid-morning. But since check-in was at 2:00 pm, we had brunch first & visited 2 places of interest to kill time. We arrived at the hotel just before 2:00 pm & parked the car in front of Ming Paragon as we were not aware that the hotel’s parking was behind the building. We had also used a parking app to pay for the street parking. Check-in was fast & hassle-free. There was no porter or concierge service as this is a 3-star hotel. We carried our luggage ourselves. Our room was on the 1st floor. It was smaller than I expected. However, it was decent & clean. The mattress was not as comfortable but the strategic location more than made up for it. The air-conditioning was good & at least there was floor space for us to pray. The bathroom was a good size. The water pressure was equally good. Best of all, it was equipped with a hand-bidet. That was a pleasant surprise as it was a Chinese hotel to begin with & I half expected it not to have one. The shower gel, shampoo & conditioner smelled good too. A hair-dryer was also available. WiFi was available & complimentary. However, the TV reception wasn’t good. There was much interference. Since we were mostly outdoors, it didn’t bother us so much. Although there was no refrigerator, there was a coffee & tea-making facility. A central fridge was available in the lobby. Hence, we had left our food in their chiller. We had parked at the hotel’s designated parking in the evening. A security guard watches over our car free of charge as it was complimentary for hotel guests. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in Terengganu as Ming Paragon Hotel had met our expectations.

The rooms were big and very comfortable to stay in. We stayed in the sea view rooms and was great being so close to the beach with the opportunity to catch the sun rise in the morning. The food at the Nelayan Restaurant was absolutely delicious and with exceptional service. It felt like we were taken care by the friendly staff. Mukunda from the restaurant made sure we were looked after consistently throughout the trip. I would definitely come back for another holiday here.

check in 26th March for my 3rd visit to this hotel. as usual, front desk staff ok but unfortunately no power supply in the afternoon 4pm. Was told TNB is fixing something and totally understand not hotel's fault. Decided go out for hang out in cafe and mall and back to Hotel in the evening, still no power supply. Have no choice and going to take shower in friend's house and return to hotel at 10pm, as was told by the staff, power resume. When i back to room, power supply cut off again. I was tired and decided to check out. Front desk staff promise to refund after 2-3days after checking with their manager , Ms Sharon. Follow up refund issue after 3 days and was told by the staff, unbale to contact booking.com and will try again. Ask me to call back after 1 week, if i still do not receive my refund. After 1 week, i call hotel and still , no news on my refund and this round manage speak to the Manager , Ms Sharon and she told me i should call booking.com to cancel my booking instead of Hotel. I was upset and explain the flow to Sharon as im the hotelier as well. Then only she realize unable to push the responsibility to booking.com and promise to refund. Still, the refund process took another week as she mention boss was no around. I am taking total 2weeks to follow up. Guess this is the last round i check in to this hotel.

Kakitangan sangat ramah dan baik. Suka makanan di sana! BBQ mesti cuba untuk makan malam. Biliknya bagus dan selesa, sangat disyorkan untuk percutian singkat.

Sari pacifica review Worst experience ever Price: too expensive for this kind of service. I’ve experience better service and facility with a cheaper price. You would think that with a pricey packaged, the service would be good right? NO Facility: no water for guest, but can switch on fountain and swimming pool. And got water for staff quarters. Food: some are tasteless and bland, some are too salty. No in between one. We rather go out to buy lunch dinner rather eat their food. Staff: Worst front desk staff that they can hire. Im surprised their management hire this kind of people. No hospitality, no manner, no common sense. You should do a re-organisation. No critical thinking, dont know how to handle crisis. Overal experience: Check in and room situation: We arrived at the resort at around 11am. And during the check in, the staff there mention that our room is yet to be ready (and informed that the check in time is actually 3pm) , and they said that they *will inform us by calling my number when the room is ready*. After that, we keep asking them the room status every hour. At our 2nd time asking, they mentioned that there is some maintenance issue that they need to attend to our room, and its not yet ready. So we waited. We waited until 2.30pm, and decided to ask them the room status. And when we asked them for an update at 2.30pm, only they informed us that our room is actually leaking and the maintenance not able to fix it. So they offer us a 2 separate double room (we booked a quad sharing instead of double sharing), they didnt really give us and option, we need to take it because we have been staying outside for almost 4 hours. But even though they offered 2 room, only 1 room is ready, and another room will only be ready at 4 (be mind that the check in time is at 3pm). They didnt even have the courtesy to do as what they say (which is to call me when there is a room or an update about our room), they didnt call me to say oh we have a room ready. So if i didnt go and ask, they will just let us sleep under the sun, in our travel clothing until the sun is set?? 2nd day lunch situation: They refused us our lunch on the second day because quote “oh we will not provide the lunch of the people that go for snorkelling because we have prepared it at Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah. We have prepared the lunch at Sari Pacifica Redang for the exact number of pax that didnt go for snorkelling trip”. Please note ah, the lunch was in a buffet (self service), so how can a 4 person eat until finished everything? At 9.20am the same morning, i already informed the snorkelling centre guy that our group will not join for lunch. And also at 12pm, just before lunch, we took our new room key Winnie, the front desk manager also aware that we didnt go for snorkelling trip. And when we make a complaint through our agent, they defended that we need to inform them (front desk) if we dont want to go for snorkelling. But their management also said that, the snorkellin

Hotel yg sangat sesuai utk keluaraga bawa anak-anak sebab poolnya besar dan luas serta mempunyai slide didalam pool..pemandangan laut seluas mata memandang sgt menenenagkan..walaupun keadaan laluan bilik dan lift kelihatan lusuh old school tetapi keadaan didalam bilik telah di upgrade -refurbish.. cantik dan moden..bilik air ada bath tub..katil pun bersaiz besar.. tilam empuk..cuma siaran tv kurang memuaskan..setiap level bilik disediakan mesin coway untuk refill air minuman kerana tidak disediakan mineral water didalam bilik..ruang lobi sgt luas..Pertama kali melangkah ke ruang lobi terasa seperti diraikan semua staff ramah dan mesra...saya pasti akan repeat lagi utk percutian keluarga..

Rooms condition were poorly maintained. Lobby were spacious. Internet/ WiFi were fast and strong. Room size is decent for a budget hotel. Water pressure for the rain shower is strong. Aircon were good, it’s cold. Service was good too (staff were attentive). Down side: 1. Car park were limited. In the end we have to park by the road side because we checked in at 10pm 2. Bathroom were dirty. Stains on tiles, wall, ceiling and rubbish bin. Filthy condition. 3. Stale air in the room. 4. No disposable sandals provided as compared to other boutique hotel nearby. 5. Hair and stains found on the bedsheet Overall, the experience was not so pleasant. For the same price, there’s better boutique hotel just 3 mins away from here. In terms of comfort and cleanliness.

Pros: 1) Booking, Enquiries Check-in/out staff The staffs handling the booking, enquiries and check in/check out was very good. Had a pleasant experience dealing with them. 2) Room Room was clean and comfortable. Just a suggestion for improvement - time to upgrade the beddings and mattresses. The Jacuzzi did not work but the hot water worked wonderfully. At night and early morning, there were many black ants roaming on the floor and wall of the bathroom. But they did not disturb us. We had no problem tolerating and accepting the presence of the ants due the fact that the resort is located in kampung area. We are the guests and they are the landlords. However, if the resort can do something about pest control - it would be much better. Cons: Breakfast I have to say its our worst hotel breakfast experience. We are not fussy eaters but the management definitely could do better. The selection was so minimal. The roti canai looks so uninviting. The eggs, and other foods look sad as well. I personally had no appetite to eat just by staring at the foods offered. Hopefully the management can improve on this aspect. Maybe can just get the supply of breakfast from the best local Dungun nasi lemak from warung makcik tepi jalan or roti canai from warung pakcik would do. Come on the management, you can do this. Improvement is important. I want the resort to sustain.
