me encanto el hotel, super amplio, limpio y todo el personal super atento, especialmente Susana en el área de alberca, nos atendió con tanta amabilidad que realmente se podía apreciar la cordialidad, nos ofreció el servicio de vapor, desafortunadamente ya no nos alcanzo el tiempo, pero seguramente en nuestra próxima visita lo haremos. muchas gracias. los colchones y las almohadas... sin palabras fenomenales!!!

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The room is decent. We had a twin room. The room is not really large and had only one chair, a desk bench in front of the window and a bit of storage space behind a curtain. The breakfast was decent, although mainly to the Mexican taste. The breakfast area is in the lobby and coffee and tea is available the whole day. We had the ask the cleaner to do our room, but she was happy to assist us and she did a good job. The beds are short. The shower was not so good. It took very long to get hot water, but when the water became hot, it was OK. The staff did not speak English very well. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall. Free parking is in the car park of the mall. Overall I can recommend this hotel as it is quite modern to Mexican standards.

Beautiful hotel, nice location and safe. Overall we had a good stay, but the toilet was super noisy when flushing… like extremely noisy and in the morning the corridors are quite noisy too, other than that there’s not many other options in the area.

La atención del hotel es muy mala, sobre todo el de las personas que están en recepción. Se nos perdió algo en el cuarto de hotel y aunque entendemos que no es culpa de ellos, la actitud dejó mucho que desear, cero ganas de ayudar. hay cafetera en el cuarto pero te cobran 32 por el café, de igual manera pasta de dientes o ese tipo de artículos cuestan, cuando en otros son gratis. La cama no tiene ni colcha, es solo una sábana y en el cuarto hay un cobertor que la verdad está muy delgadito. Entiendo que es de 3 estrellas así que de entrada uno no se espera mucho, pero siento que si le podrían echar las ganas. Entre los pros, La comida del restaurante es rica, la camarera que nos tocó muy amable, pero repito, las de recepción, pésimo.

Excelente servicio, atención muy amable, rápida y oportuna, buena comida, fallo un elevador por lo cual algunas veces era muy tardado esperar el único elevador que servía y al momento que hacen la limpieza del cuarto las tarjetas llave se bloquean y hay que bajar hasta recepción a activarla de nuevo para poder abrir la puerta de la habitación lo cual es un poco molesto, de ahí en más todo es muy bueno, excelente atención, felicidades

Nice clean safe property. Great staff, extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a fine job of keeping it spotless each day, without making a special request.
