Booking was made literally 15 minutes before checking, Staff was a bit surprised but reacted well. F&B staff were outstanding, taking special attention to my ”polite” daughters compare to other kids that parents let go wild in a 5 stars hotel. Really appreciate Mrs. Oanh (captain there) for her support and dedication tor her role in the restaurant. FO staff were literally going out of their way to support us. Room was always cleaned with outstanding view and balcony. If I wanted to look for a flaw in the hotel it would be the lack of Concierge service, but has i said the FO staff was very supportive to coop with this flaw. I had the chance to meet the GM Mr. Dat Da who was extremely hospitable, going beyond his job but impersonated the word Hospitality. Ideally located near the beach. and close the the city center. To whoever read this i can only and strongly recommend the FLC City hotel with it's team

Очень классный отель. Номер был огромным, с шикарным видом, со всеми удобствами. Персонал плохо говорит на английском, но мы смогли понять друг друга и они помогли мне решить мою проблему. Бассейн не совсем удобный для того, чтобы загорать возле него. Он находится на 16 этаже, над ним ещё 2 этажа, поэтому возле бассейна нет солнца.

In general, we had a good time at Galaxy Hotel. The room was in much better condition than we initially feared and in decent size. We were happy to be given a room with an ocean view. It was cleaned every morning. AC worked perfectly and water pressure was good, although bathroom was damp and uncomfortable. I did not see a kitchen and presume no meals to be available. They provide two different kinds of water bottles: for ones with 500 ml, they charge 10,000 VND/ea and ones with 350 ml were provided free, which we did not know so we had to pay. While front staff was kind, they do not have amenities other than those provided by the maids (no shaving kit!). Fridge was perhaps too nice to freeze everything stored in it, which we enjoyed. TV was a bit old, but had many channels including HBO. The hotel is centrally located near the Quy Nhon Square, very close to the beach, and not too far from Co-op mart. Most touristy locations are located within 30 minutes to walk (Thap doi was about 50 minutes). There were minor glitches, but overall, we were very happy with the stay!

Good loation close to the beach and the small markets. Very cheerful and friendly stafff. The rooms are big and bright. Hot water from the shower and clean bathroom. Could also see the sea from the room. Maybe because it was recently renovated there was the smell of paint or sth and also dust on the tables but overall a good experience. Well worth the price.

Tường mốc. Ga trải giường nhàu nhĩ. Nước uống comlementary không cỏ. TV phủ đầy bụi. Chắc nên đổi tên là Boomboom/Love hotel. Nước nóng do hệ mặt trời, bật xong gạt sang trái, chờ tới 30 phút mới thấy nước nóng! Xong, lấy khăn tắm mang theo ra dùng.
