Excellent. I stay in a lot of Marriott brands and this is definitely my favorite. Helpful, discrete and considerate. Always love staying here

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

This is hotel which is perfect for your family for a nice summer holiday. However, the rooms are average and not the most exciting as from what i have seen in other resorts. The service is amazing and there is always people around to help you despite some of the inconveniences caused by a couple employees in regards of asking id card at checkout. It's definitely worth checking out and filled with activities to do. I might have had too high expectations but it's still an awesome place to be. Solid 7. 5/10, but might be higher for you.

I was staying in room no. 315, this room was not at all clean. Badsheet, pillow cover, runner everything is dirty. Plus in bed side cupboard lots of cigarettes ashes are there. After my call house keeping only cleaned cigrate ashes.

I was in raipur for an exam and stayed here for one night. I was kinda scared because of all the negative reviews but ohh boy were they wrong! 1) location was amazing there's a gurudwara just next to the hotel, a biriyani place beside the gurdwara amd a cafe behind the hotel called ”foodezz. Therefore if you you find the hotel's food menu too highly priced then you can opt for these places. 2) staff was amazing to be honest i was there with my mother alone and skeptical about our safety at first since it was our 1st time of 2 women staying alone in a hotel but to my surprise everything was safe and the staff were very helpful. Special mention for ”khileshwar bhaiya” he helped us a lot with directions and anything else we needed. He is a gem! 3) if you're gonna be staying in on the 3rd floor then it might get a bit loud at night since the 4th floor is a lounge bar/restaurant but other than that everything else was fine for us. Rooms were clean and just like the pictures uploaded and no discrepancy was found!
