During my previous visit to Ranchi I stayed here for one night on 26/04/2024 at this property but my experience was not good and I had shared my experience on Tripadvisor. In reply published here General Manager Mr Sudhir Mishra had assured me of improved service on my next visit. I, accepting his gesture, stayed here again for one night on 07/11/2024. Because of air conditioning cooling issue, my room was finally changed to 423 and I spent my night comfortably. It’s renovated room with good cooling. Since it’s just came in operation as have been told my hotel staff, it had some or other kind of wall painting/floor tiles’ smell, but it was ok. Room is nice. Bed linens were clean and hygienic. Toiletries and other basic amenities were available in the room. Housekeeping staff were polite and cooperative. All staff including Front Desk staff were humble and professionally attended me. Mr Shahzad Khan and an another senior staff (I don’t know his name) were very supportive. There seemed to be attentive too. I had dinner at restaurant where too I received good gestures. Restaurant staff including Mr Bijay Gorai provided proper service to me. Neatness and hygiene were seen this time too. However due to Chhath Puja festival, occupancy was very low. After dinner I took a round inside the premises ie open space of the property and enjoyed the evening as the weather was fine. In nutshell, I can term my stay as awesome stay. I hope, I will receive same or better service next time also.
