Sangat menyeronokkan dan menenangkan jiwa! Pemandangan di sini sangat cantik, memberikan suasana misteri seperti 'mini Guilin'. Bilik juga amat selesa. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat mesra dan sentiasa bersedia membantu. Suasana keseluruhan amat menyenangkan. Taman tema ini sungguh mengasyikkan, membuatkan saya ingin kembali lagi. Waktu siang lebih menyeronokkan berbanding malam. Walaupun tiket malam percuma, tiada program dapat dinikmati kerana hujan lebat, jadi kami hanya dapat berendam di mata air panas sambil kehujanan. Pada waktu siang, anda berpeluang melihat pelbagai haiwan.

Pro 1. The condo located right next to The Lost World Tambun, if you are going to the lagoon, this condo is the right one. Buggy is outside the lobby area to provide free ride to the lagoon entrance. 2. Check in process is smooth c/w digital lockset. 3. The management company is pretty helpful and easy to liaise with. 4. Balcony facing lagoon, quite nice view. 5. Hot pool besides the swimming pool, relaxing. Con 1. If your trip is to enjoy Ipoh food, the stay is about 30 mins to city center. Pretty far. 2. Cleanliness is an issue. Sticky flooring, yellow stain WC cover 3. Sagging bed, my aunt cannot sleep for the whole night 4. Sagging sofa, my back side basically is on the spring 5. Water flow to the shower head is limited. The water pressure is so low and I would say the flow is merely to wet the body. Water pressure to basin is good.

Saya tinggal bersama anak perempuan saya. Walaupun bilik itu luas dan lokasinya mudah, kami menghadapi masalah untuk mendaftar masuk. Nombor kunci pintu kami tidak berfungsi sama sekali dan kami terpaksa menunggu kira-kira 10 minit untuk menyelesaikan masalah itu. Ia agak mengecewakan selepas hari yang panjang. Selain itu, penginapan adalah selesa.

Came for a specific family function nearby the property. Have stayed here before too. Very good location, easy access, clean environment. Feel very safe in this property.

Location near to Tambun Lost World water park. But I can’t find any convenient store nearby within walking distance. Safety is good since need access card to access to each floor of the premises. Overall is good if you plan to play at Tambun Lost World water park. It is advisable to rent a car if you not driving one, for easy to other locations.

Having a private hot spring tub right on the balcony is an experience you usually pay premium hotel prices for. Soaking in the natural geothermal water while looking out at the majestic limestone hills was incredibly rejuvenating. It is the perfect way to unwind. • The View: Waking up to the view of the greenery and the misty hills is breathtaking. It feels like a retreat far away from the city, yet it is so accessible. • The Apartment: The unit managed by IWH was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were hotel-quality comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the amenities provided—from high-speed WiFi to the kitchenette—made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. • Location: You are practically right next door to the Sunway Lost World of Tambun. It’s incredibly convenient if you are visiting the theme park. Plus, there are plenty of food options and a grocery store nearby. • The Service: The IWH team was fantastic. Check-in was seamless, the instructions were clear, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this to couples looking for a romantic getaway or families wanting a fun, relaxing trip. I am already planning my next trip back! My personal rating : 11 / 10

Fantastic stay! The pool with a hill view was amazing, and we truly enjoyed the wonderful hot springs. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed and very well maintained. It’s just a 1-minute walk to LWOT, which made everything super convenient. We’ll definitely come back again next time!

Pengalaman yang menakjubkan sepanjang masa. Kami tidak menikmati Ipoh langsung sehingga kami mendaftar masuk di sini. Mereka mendapat sambutan yang baik untuk hari lahir teman wanita saya. Kemudahan semua sangat baik. Rasanya seperti anda berada di dalam hutan pada masa-masa, monyet untuk dilihat dan burung yang cantik. Resort ini cukup besar sehingga tidak pernah berasa sesak, dan makanan yang kami makan adalah sempurna! Vila ini selesa dan dibersihkan dua kali sehari, manakala tab mandi panas adalah kelebihan yang indah dan kolam kecil. Tidak dapat mengesyorkan ini sebagai percutian yang mencukupi, di mana anda tidak perlu pergi sehingga daftar keluar. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya katakan, sebagai orang Ireland, ialah saya fikir bilik bawah tanah Jeff mungkin mempunyai pilihan wiski Ireland yang lebih baik. Akan kembali dengan gembira.

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.

I love the place. Walking distant to LWOT wit ample amenities. The hot water pool is the highlight with the view of forest. So beautiful. The place is clean and just enough amenities provided.
