The family is extremely accommodating. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station as well as Mt Huashan. The lovely woman was so helpful with getting me tickets to do the buses and cable cars which I had trouble doing myself online. The man was also very lovely. Very clean facilities and graciously accommodating couple. Wished my stay was longer and would definitely come back again!

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

酒店挺大，從停車場到大堂再到入住房間，感覺走了好長的路。酒店挨着濕地公園，環境可以，出去逛逛也蠻方便的。附近吃大餐的地方多，想簡單吃隨便吃反而不怎麼方便。房間設施整體感覺不錯，難得的是配備的一次性牙刷很好用。送的歡迎水果味道很差，建議酒店要麼送可口點的要麼就不要送。

Had a great stay here! There's a back exit that takes you straight into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, pretty, and spacious with user-friendly smart guest control systems, comfortable beds, and the has separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink which was pretty convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Rui and Xiao Dong, were super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us find activities to book and other travel tips. The breakfast was also really good with multiple options and Xi'an specialty foods. Our booking also included afternoon tea and dessert soup every day which they delivered whenever we requested it. The room was a bit warm since they have central heating, but they were very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room.

Compared with many other hotels, this one is quite special and does not feel rigid or conventional. It has a unique character and a very pleasant atmosphere. The service provided by every staff member is exceptionally attentive and courteous. The facilities are also very comprehensive—almost everything you could think of or need is available. I would especially like to praise the quality of the daily amenities provided, such as the toothbrushes, combs, and other toiletries. They are of excellent quality, even better than those offered by some five-star hotels. The hotel itself is a two-storey traditional-style building, and being located right beside the Big Wild Goose Pagoda makes the experience even more special. Staying here truly feels as if you have stepped back into ancient times. Another major advantage is the location. The hotel is situated between the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the famous Great Tang Everbright City. The surrounding area is very lively, especially at night. There is the spectacular Big Wild Goose Pagoda fountain show, and the Great Tang Everbright City is filled with shops and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for dining, sightseeing, and evening strolls. 相比起很多一般的酒店，這間酒店給人的感覺非常不一樣。它沒有那種制式、刻板的氛圍，反而充滿了自己的風格、情調與特色，整體環境讓人感到十分放鬆和舒適。 酒店每一位員工的服務態度都非常殷勤、細心，令人感到賓至如歸。酒店的設施亦非常齊全，基本上你能想到、你所需要的東西，這裡幾乎都能提供。 特別值得一提的是酒店提供的日常用品，例如牙刷、梳子以及各類洗漱用品，品質都非常好，甚至比一些五星級酒店提供的還要優質。 酒店本身是一座兩層的仿古建築，再加上它就位於大雁塔旁邊，住在這裡真的會讓人有一種彷彿置身於古代的感覺。 另外，酒店的位置也非常優越。它正好位於大雁塔與大唐不夜城之間，周邊環境非常熱鬧，尤其到了晚上更是精彩。附近有著名的大雁塔音樂噴泉表演，而大唐不夜城更是商店與食店林立，無論是逛街、吃飯還是晚上散步都非常方便。

I just returned from a four -nights stay in Home2. The room is very clean, location is good, and staffs services are impeccable. I got sick on my stay in one afternoon and asked the hotel if they have plain porridge. The hotel don't have it at the moment, but the staff offerred to help to buy online. Later may be they can't find it online then the hotel cook some healthy porridge chinese version (I dont remember the name mentioned by the staff) and delivered to my room and its free of charge. All the team were very attentive when they knew I was sick. Truely felt really touch with service. They don't treat you like guest but more like family. Would definitely stay again and recommended the hotel to anyone who visit Xian.

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

My stay at the W Hotel Xi’an was simply outstanding. W is truly synonymous with quality and perfection, and this property fully lives up to that reputation. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with staff who were exceptionally attentive to every guest’s needs. Their professionalism and warm attitude made an excellent first impression. The buffet restaurant offers a high-level dining experience at a very reasonable price, with a great variety of quality dishes. The bar is equally impressive, serving excellent cocktails that are both creative and delicious. The room was equipped with every comfort you could ask for, and the cleanliness was impeccable throughout the stay. Overall, an exceptional experience — I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Platform ini kelihatan sangat istimewa dan saya ingin merasai pengalaman kediaman gua. Hasilnya agak mengecewakan Selain daripada mengambil gambar dari luar pada waktu malam yang sangat mengagumkan, persekitaran penginapan di dalam memang sukar untuk digambarkan. Pertama sekali, cadar adalah lembap, dan mustahil untuk berbaring dan tidur di dalamnya tanpa pakaian. Kedua, kebersihan juga teruk. Tanah yang kami masuki basah. Rambut dan kotoran bilik air. Jika anda mempunyai bajet, hidup lebih tinggi! Ia terlalu bising di bawah sana! Tak bagus langsung! Penebat bunyi sangat lemah! Terdapat banyak jenis sarapan, yang baik. Perkhidmatan okey.
