Hotel Pet friendly di Shaanxi, China

Booked this Novatel hotel for one night aiming to tour around the Xi'an bell tower area. 1. Moving from Marriott Hotel to Novatel, it gave not good impression due to the simple entrance at first floor (maybe get used to grand first floor reception and lobby). 2. The light at the corridor are dark, again not good impression after checked in at around 8pm and walked to the room alone (no other guest insight). 3. Services are however very good. A. Given the room is a bit cold, a separate portable heater is provided B. Helping with setup the wifi connection since encountered issue (connected but no internet) C. Also help with the handling of Taobao item 4. The room is ok and location is very good (close to the bell tower etc)

Two minutes from Mount Hua (Huashan) tourist center. We booked two mountain view rooms, the rooms are nice and clean. The owner will give you free gloves and drive you to the tourist center. When we finish our hiking trip on Huashan, we sent a message to the owner and she picked us up and bring us back to the hotel. There is a small restaurant at the back of the hotel over looking Huashan. We ordered few local traditional dishes for dinner, it was delicious! There were a few little issues from room 301, like a small water leak from bathroom's sink and the deadbolt lock is broken. We complaint to the staff about it that night and he told us all hotels in Huashan the deadbolt locks are like that??? But at my room # 303 the deadbolt lock is working perfectly fine. Hope those little things will be taking care of soon. They even offered to drop us off at the train station when we check out. Nice little family run hotel!

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

Excellent hotel. Very clean, super friendly staff, and great central location. Breakfast is very good and laundry service is a big plus. The team is wonderful and will help you with everything, even using a translator for international travelers. 100% recommended.

Perkhidmatan pelayan peribadi Tongtong sangat baik. Bilik tidak bersedia semasa saya pergi ke sana Bilik itu agak sejuk pada waktu malam dan menghantar pemanas udara. Terdapat terlalu ramai orang di kolam air panas, dan pengalamannya adalah biasa. Terdapat bayaran untuk syurga haiwan peliharaan yang comel. Terdapat caj tambahan sebanyak 138/2 untuk memberi makan, yang agak mahal. Terdapat juga kuda di hotel, dan kanak-kanak berseronok menunggangnya. Saya juga menonton rancangan itu Secara umumnya, saya mempunyai perjalanan yang menyenangkan dan anak-anak saya menyukainya

Our stay at the W Hotel was absolutely incredible. I was completely blown away by the sheer scale and beauty of the building — everything felt luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully designed from the moment we arrived. The lighting, flooring, and stunning views over the lake created such an impressive atmosphere throughout the hotel. I had asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a lake view room, and the staff kindly arranged it for us the following day, which we really appreciated. It was also our anniversary, so the hotel surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. My partner especially loved the cake — she probably ate 90% of it herself! The food throughout our stay was amazing, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. There was such a huge variety of options, all beautifully presented. The cocktail bar / Betty Boop bar was also fantastic, with a really stylish atmosphere, and the complimentary cocktail each day was a great bonus. The facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was massive, the hot tub was excellent, and the gym was honestly incredible — modern, spacious, and very well equipped. What stood out most was how unique the hotel felt. The Art Deco influences mixed with the modern design made it unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before. Every detail felt polished and high-end while still feeling welcoming and enjoyable. Overall, one of the most beautiful, stylish, and memorable hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would happily return again.

Compared with many other hotels, this one is quite special and does not feel rigid or conventional. It has a unique character and a very pleasant atmosphere. The service provided by every staff member is exceptionally attentive and courteous. The facilities are also very comprehensive—almost everything you could think of or need is available. I would especially like to praise the quality of the daily amenities provided, such as the toothbrushes, combs, and other toiletries. They are of excellent quality, even better than those offered by some five-star hotels. The hotel itself is a two-storey traditional-style building, and being located right beside the Big Wild Goose Pagoda makes the experience even more special. Staying here truly feels as if you have stepped back into ancient times. Another major advantage is the location. The hotel is situated between the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the famous Great Tang Everbright City. The surrounding area is very lively, especially at night. There is the spectacular Big Wild Goose Pagoda fountain show, and the Great Tang Everbright City is filled with shops and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for dining, sightseeing, and evening strolls. 相比起很多一般的酒店，這間酒店給人的感覺非常不一樣。它沒有那種制式、刻板的氛圍，反而充滿了自己的風格、情調與特色，整體環境讓人感到十分放鬆和舒適。 酒店每一位員工的服務態度都非常殷勤、細心，令人感到賓至如歸。酒店的設施亦非常齊全，基本上你能想到、你所需要的東西，這裡幾乎都能提供。 特別值得一提的是酒店提供的日常用品，例如牙刷、梳子以及各類洗漱用品，品質都非常好，甚至比一些五星級酒店提供的還要優質。 酒店本身是一座兩層的仿古建築，再加上它就位於大雁塔旁邊，住在這裡真的會讓人有一種彷彿置身於古代的感覺。 另外，酒店的位置也非常優越。它正好位於大雁塔與大唐不夜城之間，周邊環境非常熱鬧，尤其到了晚上更是精彩。附近有著名的大雁塔音樂噴泉表演，而大唐不夜城更是商店與食店林立，無論是逛街、吃飯還是晚上散步都非常方便。

We arranged for arrival pick up but driver didn’t show up and it was past midnight. Only after almost two hours at the airport trying to solve out the pick up then the hotel send another driver to pick us. Other than the arrival pick up, the hotel is nice, clean and front desk staffs friendly and helpful.
