Hotel Pet Friendly di Shaanxi, China

The family is extremely accommodating. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station as well as Mt Huashan. The lovely woman was so helpful with getting me tickets to do the buses and cable cars which I had trouble doing myself online. The man was also very lovely. Very clean facilities and graciously accommodating couple. Wished my stay was longer and would definitely come back again!

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Had a great stay here! There's a back exit that takes you straight into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, pretty, and spacious with user-friendly smart guest control systems, comfortable beds, and the has separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink which was pretty convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Rui and Xiao Dong, were super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us find activities to book and other travel tips. The breakfast was also really good with multiple options and Xi'an specialty foods. Our booking also included afternoon tea and dessert soup every day which they delivered whenever we requested it. The room was a bit warm since they have central heating, but they were very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room.

Hermitage is at a great location, serene within the hotel but bustling with life outside. Hotel butler service on WeChat was responsive, staff escorted me from drop off point to hotel, shared some interesting tips about moving around. The daily afternoon tea and supper were such a treat, allowing me to enjoy afternoon tea)coffee at the comfort of the room balcony (with great views of the pagoda).

I just returned from a four -nights stay in Home2. The room is very clean, location is good, and staffs services are impeccable. I got sick on my stay in one afternoon and asked the hotel if they have plain porridge. The hotel don't have it at the moment, but the staff offerred to help to buy online. Later may be they can't find it online then the hotel cook some healthy porridge chinese version (I dont remember the name mentioned by the staff) and delivered to my room and its free of charge. All the team were very attentive when they knew I was sick. Truely felt really touch with service. They don't treat you like guest but more like family. Would definitely stay again and recommended the hotel to anyone who visit Xian.

Very fun place to stay - the location was incredible. I didn't realize but the street market was right downstairs. It was amazing to walk out the door into the middle of the bustling market at 7am! The room was very comfortable, with great sheets and smart bathroom (toilet and shower). The shower had separate heating for the air which was nice. The cats were a little independent at first, but they warmed up as they got to know us. Really wonderful place to stay!

We chose the hotel to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. The hotel is a symbol as we also celebrated the wedding at the W Hotel in Shanghai. The hotel in Xi'an is distinguished by its large balconies, where you can elegantly spend the sunset and also have a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the city. The sauna and swimming pool are impeccable. An amazing breakfast with a large selection of Chinese and foreign dishes. Attentive, smiling staff. We had a great time at the hotel.

Facing out room has some noise from outside, size is smaller than facing inside Breakfast not many varieties but ok for vegetarians Washing machine leaks a little, dryer not strong need 90mins for one bulk Lift security is not safe doesn’t require card access Lobby smells like cigarettes most of the time

設施：比我想象中的好太多了，應該是新裝修過，裏面設施都很新，空調製熱，24小時熱水，淋浴房也是乾乾淨淨的，炕睡的很舒服，軟硬適中，所以又續了一晚。 衞生：很乾凈，超過80%的酒店 環境：離市區不遠，但是又很安靜 服務：服務也很好，寵物友好，帶着我家狗狗入住的，全程沒有收到任何歧視，也不需要額外的清潔費，當然我家狗狗也不上床不拆家，掉下來的毛毛我們也儘量自己清理了。美中不足就是沒有早餐，需要到對面小區門口去覓食
