Ulasan Four Points by Sheraton Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga

酒店還算乾淨的，周圍也有配套的簡餐。貌似應該是重新翻修過的，但衞生間的按鈕還保持着原配。在美國住酒店發現很多這種讓人費解的操作。 然後也是房間裏沒有主燈的設計，房間特別暗。白天有陽光還可以湊合，晚上就太暗了。想幹個案頭工作根本不行，也沒有配工作枱燈。 沒有拖鞋，沒有熱水壺，沒有牙膏牙刷，這些都必須自帶！

早餐很不錯的。環境也行，住起來也可以的，攜程也很好的尤其攜程管家服務到位真真真真的超級超級棒棒的。。

Terrible customer service specially the front desk including the manager in multiple shift. I got the impression it just the culture. It’s unfortunate since we have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past 4 yrs. Referred guests and with each visit the service is worse than the last. This will be my last visit.

The check in was okay but it was hair in the shower and on the bed and my allergies flared up due to the dust in the room and when I spoke with someone at the front desk they acted all nonchalant about it

The place is adequate. Basically just a room. The hotel has nothing to offer. The check in staff was terrible. They couldn't process my card because there machine was broken and keep wanting me to try new cards. When I called the credit card company, they said the process never went through. I would never go there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and adjustable. The room were very edginess and clean

We were going to drive back to Las Vegas, but the rain was so bad in Southern California. We decided to stop at this hotel at the last second which is basically the last hotel before going over the Cajon Pass. Turned out to be a great experience the room is clean the bed was comfortable and everybody who worked there is very nice. It’s a great option.

The front desk were very accomodating in terms of room changes and early check-in for my reservation so I was very appreciative for their assistance.

The room was nice the only thing is the tub was dirty had a ring around it.

This location extremely clean, staff were all very friendly, polite and very willing to assist with anything we needed. Location was perfect should anyone need anything with plenty of shopping, dining, fuel. And very close to the highway for travel. We will not hesitate to stay here again

I booked the room for one king size on line, but they give me two twin beds room

This was our second time staying at Four Points. We appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the property, and we love that this hotel welcomes pets. We definitely plan to stay there again.
