Hotel berhampiran Magic Planet Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah

We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

Long Beach Campground is an amazing place to come with family with so many activities for everyone to enjoy. It’s definitely a must-visit, the swimming pool is amazing,the beach is beautiful ❤️ with activities like kayaking, archery, pottery and even a movie on theater Their staff is very friendly especially Amanullah he is very active,polite, humble,Welcome us with a smile,we love ❤️ this staff.thank you Aman Ullah Coming back sooooooon

كل شي رائع جدا المكان نظيف جدا والموظفين خدومين جدا واخلاقهم جيده جدا والابتسامه لا تفارق شفاهم الموظف محمد بالاستقبال يستقبلك بكل احترام محترم وذو اخلاق وطيب جدا يفعل مابوسعه لينال رضاك شكرا لك محمد اما الموظف امير لم يعجبني ابدا لا اخلاق ولا احترام للسائحين او الزوار حصل معنا موقف كان ابن اختي وابن اخي زائرينا ولكنه لم يدخلهم بسبب القوانين يجب ان يسلمونه الهويه حسنا لا باس ولكن لم يتم التعامل مع الموقف باحترام او بالتفاهم لا يريد ادخالهم ثم ادخلهم وكانت خالتهم معهم وارسل ورائهم الحارس ماهذه التصرفات المقيته وارجعهم الى الاستقبال بصفة ان يتم رؤيت هوايتهم اذا لما ادخلتهم لما لم تتصرف من البدايه بكل تفاهم واحترام حتى اتى الموظف مصطفى وتعامل معنا بكل احترام وتفاهم شكرا لك مصطفى اول مره يحصل معنا هذا الموقف كل فندق ذهبنا اليه الاقارب والاصدقاء يحضرون ويذهبون ولم يتم السؤال ولم يتم اخذ هوايتهم لماذا هذا التصرف لماذا هاذا القانون لديهم وليس لدى كل الفنادق لا اعرف حتى ف وقت الكرونا لم يصادفنا هذا الموقف مع احترامي للفندق كل شي رائع ماعدا هذا القانون المقيت وعمال النظافه تنظيفهم للغرفه رائع جدا الموظف مرزان محترم وطيب وخلوق شكرا لك ولكل العمال والموظفين انه فعلا مكان رائع للحجز وتغير الجو اعجبني كل شي كانك خارج الامارات والفطور رائع جدا شكرا لكم على استقبالنا بكل احترام وعلى النظافه والخدمه الرائعه انصحكم بزياره المكان لن تندمو فعلا

Very bougie and lovely! It was a perfect stay! Food was amazing, people were fantastic, and the grounds/rooms are immaculate!!! This is somewhere you'll want to stay every time you visit RAK!!!

Best stay… if you need privacy this place is the best choice… I must recommend this place, reception desk is very friendly and the service is the best.

Saya membetulkannya untuk saya. Dia tinggal selama 10 malam, dan kemudian saya dijamin dengan kad kredit Visa saya. Hotelnya bagus tapi! !! !! Semua orang mesti memberi perhatian! Jangan jamin dengan kad kredit Visa. Saya tidak pernah mengisi kad kredit saya dengan maklumat, hanya kali ini. Kemudian sebulan kemudian, ia dicuri beberapa hari yang lalu! Walaupun berpuluh-puluh dolar, tetapi kakitangan hotel ini terlalu tidak boleh dipercayai. Maaf untuk jenama ini. Tiada perkara seperti itu berlaku pada Waldorf kerana saya tinggal di tempat lain. Paman saya juga mengatakan bahawa hotel ini mempunyai pelayan India dan sikapnya tidak baik. Saya harap semua orang mempunyai hati, jangan gunakan visa ke luar negara! !!

The place is very new, rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and pool is very nice. Restaurant is good and the food choices are many.

Kami membuat tempahan melalui trip.com di Rixos Bab al bahr RAK. Kami membuat tempahan bilik premium dengan pemandangan yang bermaksud pemandangan laut atau pemandangan kolam tetapi perjalanan. Com menempah kami bilik premium dengan pemandangan taman. Ini adalah kes penipuan dan ketidakpercayaan yang jelas. Malah kakitangan penerimaan tetamu hotel mengesahkan bahawa ia adalah bilik premium penipuan yang jelas dengan pemandangan bermakna ia mestilah pemandangan laut atau kolam renang. Caj tambahan yang kami bayar untuk bilik premium dengan pemandangan telah sia-sia kerana trip.com menempah bilik pemandangan taman untuk kami. Kedua, kami membuang masa lagi untuk menyelesaikan konflik antara hotel dan trip.com ini. Pengalaman pertama saya dengan tempahan melalui trip.com sangat teruk dari segi kepercayaan..

Stayed at a Hilton property a day earlier (Hilton beach and resort ras al khaimah), and having thoroughly enjoyed it, we had high expectations from Double tree Hilton Marjan, however it didn’t live up . Front desk was curt, not welcoming, not friendly nor helpful. If you have a toddler 4 years or younger, keep away from the kids club as there is no separate area for toddlers and kids. Ball pit for toddlers and bouldering for kids are in the same zone with kids being reckless exposing toddlers to danger. I had one kid jump off the wall and struck his foot on my toddlers head (sharing from experience). There is no hotel staff supervising the rash behavior of older kids, further to which the staff don’t let parents enter the ball pitt leaving the young toddlers exposed to risk of being hurt. While the property and location was good, double tree Hilton left us feeling disappointed.
