Very bougie and lovely! It was a perfect stay! Food was amazing, people were fantastic, and the grounds/rooms are immaculate!!! This is somewhere you'll want to stay every time you visit RAK!!!

During my stay at one of their beautiful, clean villas, I had a wonderful experience. The staff, management, and the villa are very well maintained. You will feel as if you are staying at home. The location is highly recommended! For sure I will make reservation at this place when I am back to RAK :)

Upon checking in, we were warmly greeted by Juily, who made us feel right at home and provided a thorough introduction to the hotel. Paulina was also there, ensuring we felt well accommodated. Our arrival was truly magical as we were transported by boat to our villa. When we arrived, Clark and Gopal, our friendly buggy driver, welcomed us. Our villa surpassed all expectations, featuring a private pool with breathtaking sea views. It was absolutely exquisite. After a refreshing dip, we went to Shorehouse for dinner. Su provided prompt and attentive service, with Arjun assisting as needed. The steak I ordered was perfection—cooked exactly to my liking and perfectly seasoned. Returning to the villa, we found it beautifully turned down by Ashish, who made sure everything was spotless, as if we had just checked in. Christine’s call to check if we needed anything was a thoughtful touch. At breakfast, Amir drove us, and we were greeted by Clark, who remained friendly and accommodating. Mario took us back to our room and was incredibly helpful. As our stay came to a close, Fillend bid us farewell and expressed hope that we’d return. We’re already considering a return trip soon. From arrival to check-out, the entire experience was flawless. A heartfelt thank you to the team for a job exceptionally well done.

Saya membetulkannya untuk saya. Dia tinggal selama 10 malam, dan kemudian saya dijamin dengan kad kredit Visa saya. Hotelnya bagus tapi! !! !! Semua orang mesti memberi perhatian! Jangan jamin dengan kad kredit Visa. Saya tidak pernah mengisi kad kredit saya dengan maklumat, hanya kali ini. Kemudian sebulan kemudian, ia dicuri beberapa hari yang lalu! Walaupun berpuluh-puluh dolar, tetapi kakitangan hotel ini terlalu tidak boleh dipercayai. Maaf untuk jenama ini. Tiada perkara seperti itu berlaku pada Waldorf kerana saya tinggal di tempat lain. Paman saya juga mengatakan bahawa hotel ini mempunyai pelayan India dan sikapnya tidak baik. Saya harap semua orang mempunyai hati, jangan gunakan visa ke luar negara! !!

had an amazing stay. had opted for two meals and both were delicious as one can ever have it. Even got an extension on checkout from Mr. Houssam (front desk).

The place is very new, rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and pool is very nice. Restaurant is good and the food choices are many.

Stayed at a Hilton property a day earlier (Hilton beach and resort ras al khaimah), and having thoroughly enjoyed it, we had high expectations from Double tree Hilton Marjan, however it didn’t live up . Front desk was curt, not welcoming, not friendly nor helpful. If you have a toddler 4 years or younger, keep away from the kids club as there is no separate area for toddlers and kids. Ball pit for toddlers and bouldering for kids are in the same zone with kids being reckless exposing toddlers to danger. I had one kid jump off the wall and struck his foot on my toddlers head (sharing from experience). There is no hotel staff supervising the rash behavior of older kids, further to which the staff don’t let parents enter the ball pitt leaving the young toddlers exposed to risk of being hurt. While the property and location was good, double tree Hilton left us feeling disappointed.

What an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.
