Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

This hotel was hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The standard and service was 10/10. Everyone was beyond friendly and always greeted us in a friendly manner. The views were beautiful and the room was as lovely as it were in the pictures. Now the Food!!! The hotel has 3 restaurants on site, everyone needs to try the Wasabi restaurant. Honestly the finest cuisine I’ve had in an all inclusive restaurant. There is a member of staff there called Valerios and he was the such a lovely waiter and did not fail to run all the time to get everyone’s food on time if not before! Bless him. Facilities were perfect. Very peaceful there would recommend it for couples more so. I’d stay there again!

Possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in; in fact I never return to hotel no matter how good for fear of disappointment, this stay was our second with extended family, clearly to good not to share. The Good Staff, rooms, food, pools - definitely a swim-up - drinks, sunset, peace & quiet & lastly the fact it is adult only. The service is always outstanding, as is the food. The Bad The beach is slightly disappointing due to the boulders in the sea, no fault of the hotel of course but it would be nice to swim without fear of injury. Nothing much to do directly outside of the hotel, although a short bus or taxi ride couldn’t remedy. The Ugly I really don’t think there is anything I can add.

First of all let me say this hotel is one of, if not the best hotels I have ever stayed in, in my life and at 46 I'm well travelled and have stayed in numerous hotels all over the world, and this hotel is up there. We arrived on 19th June for our honeymoon. We arrived by private hire vip taxi, which I recommend also. We booked the flights with tui, the hotel direct with the hotel and then the transfers with elite transfers with a vip taxi. By doing this we save £1500 on the tui package deal so definitely recommend it. On arrival at the reception we were greeted by the fantastic reception staff, given drinks and lead to our room by staff who took our bags. The room was stunning. We stayed in the block from 2001 thru 2009. Ground level room with swim up infinity pool overlooking the garden and Aegean sea and it gets the sun all day. It's within 1 minute from the main restaurant, sensio pool bar and amphitheatre as well as the two main pools. It was perfectly positioned. The food here is amazing. There are 3 a la carte restaurants to eat in in the evening which you can book easily on the app you download once you are here. The Italian and Greek you can also eat in at lunchtime but this doesn't require booking and has a different menu for lunch and dinner. Our favourite was the Asian for dinner and Italian for lunch with incredible freshly made pizzas. This experienced is enhanced by the happiest and most friendly waiter I have ever seen called Valerious....good afternoon madam and sir, ladies and gentleman absolutely fantastic to see you....I have stayed in other 5 star hotels before, but compared to this, the others are not 5 star. This is a proper 5 star resort. I've already said how good the food is, and I haven't even mentioned the street food or desert palour below the main pool(which by the way are also incredible) but all the drinks and food are all premium labels. You want a vodka and coke? Then chose from smirnof, absolute or goose and actual coke a cola. None of the local produced spirits. Even the champagne bar upstairs is free with actual named champagne...insane. The hotel is spotless. The staff are always around cleaning and making the experience incredible. We spent our evenings at the Sensio bar drinking and watching the live entertainment which is great, live bands and acoustic sets. The evening staff team at the bar were great too and so friendly and happy. They also have shows at the amphitheatre which are really good and get everyone up dancing. They have a nightclub open Monday Wednesday and Friday from 10pm till 2am. We got in there just after it opened and were the only ones in there, if you go then get there around midnight to avoid the whole inbetweeners type scenario we found ourselves in! The beach is just at the back of the hotel. It's a stoney beach but the sea is clear, still and warm and perfect for swimming in. There are a selection of water sports there if that is your thing. We had a very good experience at this hotel. The food was excellent, with only a few exceptions at the buffet (slightly overcooked burger meat, colder dishes), there was nothing to complain about. Everything was delicious with a variety of dishes throughout the entire week we stayed. The à la carte restaurants were also flawless; overall, there were no issues with the food. The cocktails were also perfect, and the ultra all-inclusive package included branded drinks. The hotel itself was wonderful, right from the first moment we entered, we were greeted with a beautiful view at the reception and a warm welcome. Our room was also very nice and clean with a sea view. As for the staff, everyone was kind to us. I would like to give special thanks to the evening bar staff (main bar/pool bar) and Orge, the minibar boy. We are almost certain to return to this wonderful hotel.

Mayia, a place I'll never forget. I don't even know where to begin. From the minute you pull up, the aesthetics of the hotel are out of this world. The smell of the reception is one that will forever stay in my heart. From the look of the resort, the food provided and the attentiveness of the staff, this hotel provided an amazing experience. The front of house staff are attentive from the minute you walk in the door. They have ideas of activities for you to do whilst on the island, generally with such a great knowledge. The food within the all a la carte restaurants was amazing, and the staff were great. And I won't stay that it comes without any issues at all - but we are all people at the end of the day and we all make mistakes! Cannot fault them in the slightest. The layout of the main pool area is cool, the staff at the bars are great and Maria, the lifeguard, has to be one of the friendliest people you will ever meet! A credit to the resort. The portion of the beach that the hotel has is great also with its own bar. I would (and by all means have every intention of) return (ing) to this amazing place and living my experience all over again. Don't get me know, a few more waiting/bar staff probably wouldn't go awry, but they done everything they could to provide that amazing Mayia service.

I did the Swedish treatment it was absolutely a dream!! It was an hour long. Raina is absolutely Great, Super professional and amazing And I really, really enjoyed it. I also recommended to all of my friends who also did the treatment and really enjoyed it. Highly recommended

Stayed for 9 nights with arrival being its first day of opening. Overall a very nice hotel with excellent staff. There were a few teething issues mainly centred around the buffet where drinks either turned up late and sometimes after guests had eaten and left. Good in the a La carte restaurants but not so good in the waterfront (buffet) restaurant. Room was nice and all appear to have good sea views. Beach across the road in front of the hotel was stoney but pleasant with good food available. The adjacent water sports company was well run.

I’ve been to a number of 5 star resorts, and I have to say, Mayia Resort & Spa has to be one of the best! Firstly, let's talk about the ambiance - the hotel itself is stunning, modern, and surrounded by azure skies & views of crystal-clear waters. Every part of this resort is very high end & luxurious. In terms of the accommodations – we decided to go for the Mayia Suites, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! (See pictures) The suite was very spacious, comfortable and elegant, with our own jacuzzi & heated private pool overlooking the Ocean. It was honestly like our own little Oasis! The spa experience was really lovely too, so would definitely recommend a visit… after all… you’re on holiday! The dining options at Mayia are also exceptionally good. The choice of restaurants is very diverse and I was really pleased to see that the Alcohol being served at the bar was all the high-end recognisable brands. And the service? Honestly, it was Impeccable. The staff here were super friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible. I really can’t recommend this Hotel enough! So if you're searching for something really special for your time away, then Mayia Resort & Spa is definitely for you! Trust Me… you’ll never want to leave!

The therapists Argiro and Runia were amazing, very kind and professional. Highly recommended. The facilities are great. Nice sauna. The avocado cream was great. Great experience overall.........................................
