We frequently use Courtyard hotels when traveling. The COVID paranoia has definitely impacted this hotel and not in a good way - minimal housekeeping service and reduced food hours. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. Hand towels were missing on arrival but rapidly appeared when asked for. The very limited menu for breakfast and dinner was of average quality. Our room at the west side of the hotel had lots of highway 75 traffic noise - our room on the east side a few weeks earlier was extremely quiet. Staff were responsive and friendly. I think the Courtyards are a great value overall but if things don't get back to what we have come to expect in the past, I'll look elsewhere.

I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

DJ is the epitome of class and professionalism. He provided me with excellent hospitality service, this hotel is lovely and clean. Loved my room and overall experience. Thank you DJ and thank you Sheraton!
