Premier Inn Rickmansworth

酒店房內面積很大，洗手間有超大浴缸及超大的空間，外圍環境寧靜而美麗，河渡縱橫交錯，天鵝雁鳥野鴨隨時等你餵飼。

The hotel is new looking and car parking was not a problem with some good spaces where other people couldn’t bang doors into my car. Breakfast was also good. Now a few points for improvement…although it seemed quite new the room didn’t look the best with some stains down the walls and a large unpainted repair, which made it look scruffy. Another modern hotel trend is windows that don’t open, which I hate as I like to have fresh air into the room. No chance of opening the windows here but air con did keep it cool enough. The thing that left a bitter taste was being charged an extra £10 (taking the cost for one night at a Premier Inn to £150!!) to get into my room when I arrived at 2:20pm after a 6 hour drive. The room was ready but because it was before 3pm they wouldn’t let me in without paying more for no extra effort for them. They’d rather have a big queue of people at 3pm all overwhelming the staff when they were already having issues with the system. A bit silly but profits are profits at the end of the day.

We needed a great location with a rail li k and parking as were headed to Wembley Arena. Hotel had everything we needed and a great location to explore the local area. Rickmansworth Aquadrome is worth exploring a lake, canal and more to explore. We had an issue with the food and management resolved this very quickly. So thank you to the team.

I was visiting mates in Rickmansworth and decided to book at Premier Inn. They were very comfortable and a perfect base to stay.

Really great clean, peaceful hotel. really excellent breakfast, good value for money. Decent affordable parking too.

We stayed on Saturday night for a trip to Wembley which is the ideal location as its on the direct line to Wembley park tube station and its a 12 minute walk. We arrived at 12.00 and no early check in rooms were available. We stood in reception for 5 minutes pressings the buzzer with no staff around. We found the lady very busy in the bar. Car parking was very good at 3.50 for 24 hours. We had a few drinks in the evening which was nice in the bar. Breakfast was very busy with two ladies running around trying to cope and it's quite clear they have a staffing issue here they definitely need 3 or 4 not 2 people at Breakfast. We waited 5 minutes for plates. We would definitely recommend and return just a staffing issue.

We had an amazing 2 night stay at this Premier Inn. The hotel was as expected but the staff were all simply amazing! Despite a small electrical issue with a light, which was handled very professionally. The breakfast was amazing with once again simply amazing staff, which was so refreshing, they went above and beyond, always with a smile and courteous response!👏👏👏👏

Perfect for my French visitors - easy access to London tourist sights via Underground or British Rail in Rickmansworth, with Windsor and Harry Potter Experience in Leavesden locally. Beautiful room overlooking the canal, nice and quiet, with the Aquadrome nearby for nature walks. Excellent breakfast choices, continental or cooked in a welcoming restaurant. Clean and comfortable family room at a great price. Helpful and friendly staff. Emergency check out after just six days, with one day to run, was courteously dealt with - including an unexpectedly speedy refund. I was very proud that Premier Inn impressed my French friends in every way possible and look forward to their next visit

Hotel was clean and warm. Staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Bed was really comfy and you couldn't hear traffic from the busy road. Very happy with our stay.
