Premier Inn Rickmansworth

酒店房內面積很大，洗手間有超大浴缸及超大的空間，外圍環境寧靜而美麗，河渡縱橫交錯，天鵝雁鳥野鴨隨時等你餵飼。

great hotel I'm the area...... breakfast was very tasty eggs and bacon felt fresh and the chef was very helpful...... the guy at the check in was friendly and answered all the questions I had!!!! room was very clean and specially the bathroom, I have met one of the housekeeping on the corridor and asked for a room service and she smiled and said of course

The hotel is in a nice location right on the canal (so ideal for a walk) and within a short stroll from the town. Parking was £7 per day but at least it was easy to find a space. The staff were great - friendly and very helpful. The bar and dining area was small and a bit shabby but it was easy to get a drink. As usual for Premier Inn the bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable, there was limited storage space for clothes but we were only stopping one night so it didn't matter. The bathroom was clean with good quality soft soap but, as is often the case with Premier Inn, the shower was over the batch which is a pain. Wi-fi was very slow and kept disconnecting, perhaps this is to force you to pay for an upgrade to fast internet. The buffet breakfast wasn't the best - no scrambled egg (only tired looking fried eggs) and other items were not kept topped up. I eventually decided to just have a bacon sandwich. The 'orange' fruit juice was horrible but the coffee was very good. The toasters too ages to brown the bread.

The staff, namely Linda and her colleague I think it’s Clarissa (German speaking as I recall) were excellent in sorting a problem that would have caused me a real worry . They quietly and discreetly sorted the problem without any fuss. Really great customer service that you rarely find in big companies these days. Many thanks to you both. Paul B.

We had a lovely stay in the Premier Inn Rickmansworth. It's a 15min walk to the train station, through the town. The staff were so lovely and we very much enjoyed the breakfast. Everyone slept well. The only small issue we had was too few towels for 3 people sharing, but a staff member sorted very quickly. Look forward to a return visit as we have family in a nearby town.

I thought this hotel was brilliant. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely with a sofa and bath. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i have had. The hot food was kept beside the kitchen and was topped up frequently meaning the food did not get cold and rubbery. I would stay there again any time. Thanks to all the great staff there who made the experience what it was.
