We had a very good experience. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious and breakfast was amazing.

I stayed for just one night whilst on business in the area, not my first stay here at all. On check in I tried to book an early table for dinner with my Meal Deal as I needed to go out again before 7pm but was told that there was a large party in and I couldn't have a table before 6.30. When I explained my predicament, Tobey who was on the desk organised for me to have a table before the restaurant officially opened, he served me quickly and I was finished in time to meet my colleagues. Thank you Tobey for such fantastic service!

Booked to stay for 2 nights in Premier plus room, on arrival told they had double so we ended up in normal room. Cleanliness not great apart from bed and bathroom. Cobwebs behind netcurtain that also had holes and needed a wash. Stained shower curtain. Cleaning staff went in lift before us so made to wait for lift as only one seemed to be working. Toby on the desk tried hard to make up for the mistake, we are still waiting for the refund !!

I always book with Premier Inn, I know exactly what I'm getting. Great room, well decorated, comfy bed, clean bathroom and great shower. Always get a peaceful sleep and feeling refreshed ready for the day ahead. Food is always value for the money, tasty and hot and thanks to waitress and receptionist (Phoebe and Tobey) for their service.

Trevor was great on reception. We had 2 family rooms that were interconnecting, they were spotless and had everything you needed. Bathrooms were clean and tidy as well. You could hear people above you but they must of been elephants stamping around at 4 o clock in the morning. We booked breakfast as 2 adults so the 4 children could eat for free and they made the most of it! Was all very yummy and just perfect

The restaurant was very clean staff was very friendly and lots of choice of food in the breakfast area and hot and cold drinks highly recommended by me and my children and a very good price with kids eating free breakfast was cooked and prepared freshly and hot the cakes and croissants was nice children loved it at the premiere inn buffet will be back there again soon

Great location for half way stop to Devon or Dorset. Close to New Forest attractions. On site car parking. Fantastic customer service happy to respond to queries or requests. Clean room and restaurant. We had a tasty cooked breakfast however there was a limited choice of teas but there were other hot drink options. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again to explore the local area.
