Great staff room ok

Very nice location. Room is basic but fine. Limited facilities at hotel. Very good breakfast.

O hotel promove festas em seu restaurante até a madrugada, com volume altíssimo e sem qualquer tratamento acustico. Tratamento rude no restaurante.

The hotel is in a good location. Close to Ipanema beach and close to several good restaurant options. WiFi in the hotel and rooms could be better, working, but not excellent. Air conditioning in the room working, but somewhat noisy. On quickly to cold, off to hot. Breakfast good selection.

This hotel was in a very convenient place (super close to food, the beach, etc.) The room and bathroom were definitely smaller than anticipated for what we paid for. Bed is comfy and there's a small desk in the room. There's a bar within the hotel, so if you have a room on a lower floor it may be a challenge (was on the 8th and could never hear anything.) The included breakfast was great! Lots of juices and pastries.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful in finding tours, tickets and accessing events for Rio Carnaval 2024. They offer beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to go to the beach which is just two short blocks away. The food at Pato (the restaurant downstairs) is divine. We had breakfast at their restaurant everyday and the fruits were so fresh, it was as if they had been picked directly from the trees. Highly recommend Mar Ipanema!

This hotel has great rooms (considering the average level in Rio) with great bathroom products (Natura brand), a great gym (crossfit style) and a good breakfast (all types of juices and good salty options). It would need a swimming pool to be perfect.

I was very happy again for the hospitality, reception and education of the entire Mar Ipanema team, always very well received. I have to especially thank Bruno from the reservation sector, Silvia and Alessandra for all their cordiality

Stay away! I booked 2 rooms (connecting), they instead gave me a single room with a double bed. Bait and switch by the hotel. Terrible manager on site, did not care. Had to call credit card to dispute charge. Left the property and booked another. Saw another person complaining while I was there too. Seams like a typical story at this hotel. So many other options in Rio. Pick another!!
