Hotel dengan WiFi di Rio De Janeiro

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff. We were even able to check into our room earlier than expected, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience!

Good for one night only. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and not many food options. Sometimes you have to queue and wait for the elevators. The rooms are pretty good but the air conditioning needs updating. The view from the top is good! I wouldn't stay again, unless desperate for a place to stay.

We stayed here the 2nd time after 12 years. Picked a similar room as we had 1st time: ocean view king suite. It is a bit more expensive than their cheapest rooms, but EXCELLENT value for money. We had room on the 12th floor directly overlooking the waves with two windows. As the hotel and beach is to the south, you get BOTH sunrise and sunset view from your room...see photos attached:) Room is good size, reasonably fresh with only a bit of age and spots here and there. Cleaning is ok, and hotel is in excellent safe area with direct beach access. We much prefer Barra da Tijuca anyway, against the overhyped and crowded, expensive copacabana. But each to his own. Hotel itself (lobby etc) is nice, staff is great, restaurant has very good food. The cocktails of their bar at ground floor as well as by the pool are excellent quality and cheap (as usual in Brazil). HOWEVER... a big however... After booking directly via their ”secure” website, via Amex card, my card details were either sold or re-used by somebody at the hotel staff, as BEFORE our actual trip began, it started being used at various (online?) shops in Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte and even in Madrid. I had already a 600 euro hit (in some 10 different fraudulous shoppings) before i realized and blocked it. Lucky with Amex's good insurance policy i did not lose money directly on this, nevertheless i ended up with no Amex card on my 2-weeks Brazil trip as oi didnt have the new one yet, and in general it gave a bitter taste to this stay. Because of this i have to reduce the rating. So a word of advice: Book this hotel with confidence, BUT book it via a well-known room broker website, NOT directly thru the Windsor website!

Gostei bastante do hotel, excelente localização,bem pertinho da praia, metrô praticamente na porta do hotel. Excelente atendimento e boas acomodações.

Hotel OK is a little bit better than the business hotel opposite. The rooms are bigger and the air conditioning was good. However, the service wasn't always good. It varied a lot. Sometimes room service picked up, sometimes there was someone behind the lobby bar. I think the hotel is understaffed service wise. Overall, a decent stay. But, would probably stay somewhere a bit more expensive next time.

O hotel é bem, a comida do restaurante é excelente, a piscina é muito bonita, mas a “vista para o lago” é uma grande forçação de barra. Fora isso reservei uma cama king pra 2 é me deram um quarto com 2 camas de casal. No entanto, mesmo sendo de casal a cama era bem confortável. O quarto era bem ok também.

Great position very near Copacabana beach, very good buffet breakfast, al the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, except one Few things were not perfect: The buttons on the elevators sometimes they worked sometimes they didn't, making it difficult to do simple things like going to out room/breakfast area/ reception. The hotel, despite on the online reservation was confirmed that we could pay cash at the arrival, deducted to my credit card the 1st night 2 days before our arrival. Because on the day of our arrival we did not pay the other 3 nights in full, the following day they blocked our magnetic card key, until the outstanding payment was paid. I think it was very mean, because anyway they have my credit card details in case ”we run away” as I mentioned to the man at the reception This member of staff in particular, working from the evening, once I paid in full in cash, he did not want to provide for a receipt. I explained I needed an evidence that I handled the remaining amount, but he said I would have the receipt only at check out. I didn't want to create an issue, but only after politely insisting I received the receipt. All the remaining staff at reception, at the breakfast and the cleaners, were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the only problem was that the cooked food was not kept hot, so it was only available to eat cold, and that was a pity because breakfast is one of the strenght of this hotel's facility

Funcionários super educados e simpáticos! Estrutura do hotel muito boa, bem localizado e café da manhã muito bom! Apenas o quarto que estava com o chão com bastante areia, estava arrumado porém parece que não tinha sido varrido. Mas no geral eu amei e voltarei mais vezes com certeza

中規中矩的商務酒店，主要適用於第一次來不想踩雷的人（畢竟大家的點不一樣）。 巴西這邊酒店普遍都比較老，這個號稱2020年裝修但差不多還是國內2010-15年裝修的風格…但是在巴西就別想着有國內那種適合年輕人的智能酒店了。 有一個重大問題是早餐的餐廳彷彿是有設計缺陷（或者就是太封閉了聲音出不去），特別吵，不在意這個的話倒還行。 Copacabana這邊其實海景房略吵（8層及以下），完全可以住城景。

The hotel is very well located in Barra da Tijuca. The building is not bad, it has potential, but it is poorly managed, particularly the housekeeping that is terribly lacking. Facilities in general are dated, but after the pandemic that hit the hotel industry so hard it is comprehensible that the furniture could have details, some ripped off sheets or covers sewn. But dirty carpets in the lobby, or the hallways not vacuumed for four days, smelly room, missing towels (an absolute basic in a hotel room) or improperly set beds show a careless housekeeping and management that is not into details (important ones). The beds were not properly set, we asked for this to be solved innumerable times unsuccessfully. Another problem is the beach service, broken chairs (unsafe and unfit to use), not enough towels (to complain to the front desk, I just don’t have more towels!). Here I must note that the guy at the beach was making a huge effort to do his job, to the the point it seemed abusive that it was just one person doing the job, crossing the coastal avenue again and again with chairs, etc! I wouldn’t stay there again, it was a very frustrating experience.
