Good hotel near airport with great view from the window. Breakfast is rather good, but servise on a kitchen is terrible. No one say you hello😅

這個酒店的服務態度很好。熱情周到。看到我們有帶孩子主動提出給孩子增加一次性拖鞋。環境衞生很好，酒店的味道也很好聞。温度也剛好，濕度也剛好。早餐也比較豐富。早餐時工作人員還主動問需不需要單獨做麪和餛飩之類的 是一次非常好的體驗。值得推薦。滿分5分好評。酒店的位置附近吃飯也方便。

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

The staff used B1 swimming pool wash facilities while I am using the sauna. This new 5 ⭐ hotel should improve. For 2 days I stayed for breakfast and they were all the same. Also 7:30 is not ready

The perfect accomodation in Yining city and best value for money. Breakfast was delicious and has ample variety for south east asian tastes. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Cosy and comfortable. Reception was prompt in service and replies on WeChat about our enquiries. Location is superb. Just a quick 5 minute walk to Six Star Street 六星街, and there are many food choices nearby as well.

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property is clean, new, and beautifully modern. A standout feature was the smart room system, which made controlling the environment effortless and added a cool, high-tech touch. The staff were exceptional. When I mentioned my late flight, the front desk kindly granted me a late check-out without any hassle. This understanding and flexibility made my departure day so much less stressful, and I felt truly grateful for their assistance. The location is unbeatable—an easy walking distance to the incredible Kashgar Ancient City. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Fantastic hotel stay! Wonderful service and convenient location, was here for 6 days 5 nights to explore Urumqi.  前台的小李服务很棒！Xiao Li at the front desk was super helpful to help check us in early at 8am and she was very friendly. She also suggested the restaurants on the right side of the street after going out the hotel cause we were hungry 韩姐每天 帮我们 带泡脚来房间! 也很棒的服务！ Every night we asked for the free foot soak and they would bring to our room and prepare for us. Great to end the night after a cold day.  There is also always hot tea the lobby and also some free coffee vouchers to drink specialty coffee (try the pumpkin latte) at the restaurant since they don’t provide coffee in the room.  Location is convenient as we had to DiDi around. Around 10-15 mins to the Grand Bazaar.  Would recommend to go to Heavenly Lake 天山天池, take a DiDi to the tourist entrance and buy a ticket for another bus which is 40 minutes (sit on right side of bus going up and down for good views).  Another place worth visiting is 南山牧场 Nanshan pasture. We went in Nov so it’s cold to ride horses (30 mins to waterfall and 30 mins back). Still worth the experience although it’s freezing, or can take a little shuttle bus up to the waterfall. During summer many locals go for holidays and stay there for horse racing etc, so I would definitely visit in summer again.  The area near the hotel itself is also good to walk around because after exiting the hotel and turning right, cross two traffic lights and there is a wholesale area for dried fruits. Many stores selling cheap raisins etc. quality and price is much better than Bazaar or other stores!  Also there is a restaurant for Xinjiang food right next to the Hotel with many 羊肉烧烤 Lamb skewers. Very good food, worth trying for dinner at least once. May look dark and quiet from the outside, but inside is beautiful and actually pretty big with many customers.  Initially was considering between Belle Hotel (百丽) and Atour as I came with my parents. In the end my friends stayed at Atour and came over to visit, said this hotel was so much in terms of facilities and the service. I will be back for sure!

The hotel provides a comfortable stay with great bedding. While the room felt slightly cramped because of the reclining chair next to the bed, the overall experience was very positive.
