The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, with ample parking. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service, especially from Xiao Yu, was excellent; they proactively contacted me to arrange my room. My flight was delayed, and the hotel even helped me with a late check-out. The driver for the airport transfer also arrived very quickly. All the services were convenient and seamless. I was very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommend!

There were no signs indicating where to park, so I took the wrong elevator and wandered around before finally getting back to the hotel. (There were no signs after getting off the elevator either; it was impossible to tell which door led to the exit.) The lobby was freezing. I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

The bed was just right, not too soft and not too hard – after a tiring journey, a good night's sleep here was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and patiently gave me directions when I asked about nearby places to eat. Overall, the service was very comfortable and not at all pushy. If you're visiting Kashgar Ancient City, staying at this place is really suitable, and it offers good value for money.

The location is also perfect – it's quiet and private but not out of the way, just about a five-minute walk to Liuxing Street. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time; I bet the experience will be even better! It's the kind of place I'd love to just chill out at repeatedly during the winter!

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

From the patient guidance at check-in by the front desk staff, to the thoughtful protection from the security personnel, and the meticulous service from the logistics team, every single staff member impressed me with their professional and warm demeanor. Their attitude made my whole family feel truly at home.

I came to Xinjiang on a business trip, and I didn't expect to live in such a good hotel in this small city. The decoration is stylish and very comfortable. The room facilities are all marble countertops and leather furniture, which gives people a very high-end and clean feeling. I personally fear the dirty wooden fabric sofa. The bedding is very comfortable. You can see that the mattress, pillow and four-piece set are all made of very good things. I rested very well. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, the staff has a very good service attitude, warm and polite, and the waitresses are all very beautiful. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich. I slept in and got up at more than ten o'clock and there was still breakfast. It is highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come on a business trip.
