There were no signs indicating where to park, so I took the wrong elevator and wandered around before finally getting back to the hotel. (There were no signs after getting off the elevator either; it was impossible to tell which door led to the exit.) The lobby was freezing. I've been traveling in Xinjiang for a week, and this is the first hotel lobby I've experienced this cold. I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. Their attitude made my whole family feel truly at home.

The name of Korla Fontainebleau International Hotel is quite nice. In fact, it is located on a commercial property of a real estate building of the same name. The hotel and the building are quite new, so they are not in the city center of the old city (but the area of Korla city is not too large). Facilities: The hardware is good, but there is no fashionable charging pile. You have to go to another larger international hotel diagonally opposite to charge. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: The attitude and level are good, and the buffet breakfast can be praised.

They had rice noodles, which I, a 'southern big potato,' love, and also regular noodles. The laundry room wasn't crowded, and there was a lovely lady in the lobby – she was so beautiful! It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite. The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance. The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!
