The room was spacious and clean. Great smell too and the bed was super comfortable that I even checked what kind of mattress they’re using. Definitely will purchase that mattress after this. Hotel’s staffs were friendly and accommodating too. Swimming pools were big and the dinosaur water park was a great addition to the hotel even though we have to pay separately. The payment process was fast, no cash accepted but no issues. Hope they will consider selling Halal-certified foods near the pools because kids do get hungry often especially after playing too much water. At the moment, it’s No Pork No Lard concept. So, best to bring your own foods like bread etc. And one more thing, the hotel is connected with a mall so it’s very convenient to buy anything that you forgot to bring. The in-room dining service was great too, very affordable but hope they will consider providing the service during early morning too around 6 am instead of 9 am especially for those who didn’t buy the meals included package.

This one bed room unit is rather spacious with good view. Clean and well maintained. Very convenient walking and sheltered bridge from CIQ. Many good eateries and some shopping. Have enjoyed my relaxing stay. Jia En from FUJU is very responsive and detailed. Easy to find and security personnel attentive and helpful. Thank you.

The hotel is really clean and the ambience is great. A fantastic staycation for us to stay in. It also offers free shuttle car to Legoland at scheduled timings, relieving us the hassle of booking a car by ourselves. The free hotel breakfast was decent too. The location is in the middle of everyting at Sunway Big Box. Definitely recommend.

For the price paid, which includes breakfast, the room rate is fair. However, the cleanliness of the room needs significant improvement. I was fully aware that this is an old hotel with outdated facilities before making the booking, but even an old hotel should still maintain basic cleanliness standards. I found hair on the bedsheets and in the bathtub. Although there is a bathtub, there was no stopper, so soaking was not possible. That said, even with a stopper, we likely would not have used it as the tub appeared dirty and stained. The same issue applies to the basin, there was no stopper, and my small toothpaste nearly fell into the drain. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is very noisy at night, with loud music from the 6F nightclub continuing past 2am, even though we stayed on the 15F That said, the hotel staff were excellent, from the front desk to the porters and restaurant staff, everyone was genuinely helpful and polite. Within a 5 minute walk, there are many kopitiams offering great Malay food. Most patrons are locals, so English communication may be limited. Swimming pool at 7F with a small garden which is nice!

Service and breakfast is consistently good. The amenities in the hotel are the same as per usual. However, the shops around have mostly closed down. The Starbucks & massage parlour as well as the eatery just below are all gone. Most of the staff have changed. Quite a bit of new people. Third floor had a puddle of water that was not noticeable as it was raining heavily & kinda dark, my son ended up slipping and falling. Just grateful that nothing serious happened other than a light injury. Called the front desk immediately upon reaching the room. But after some time , there seemed to be a new puddle at the same area. No sign was put up for wet floor.

Small room limited space available. No swimming pool. No bar fridge for the room i selected. Elevator efficiency can be better. However, easy to check in, room is clean, bathroom water all good, breakfast is sufficient. Housekeeping was excellent. Carpark is available. Convenient location just opposite komtar with mynews at lobby.

Good view can see the RTS link bridge from the woodlands side. 4. The room is big and spacious. 5. Shower water pressure is good. 6 there's digital lock safe.

It was a pleasant stay at St Giles Southkey, breakfast food varieties quite a lot and friendly staff services. The only improvement require might be the cleanliness of cutleries served. The hotel is link to the Midvally mall with so many restaurants around and food options is never an issue. Besides shopping, other activities are available too such as massages or catch a movie.

I expected the hotel price to match its distance from popular malls when I booked it. It is fairly close to the Mount Austin area. However, what I didn’t realise was that it’s located right beside a very busy main road that’s often jammed, so travelling even short distances can take quite a long time. There’s absolutely nothing much around the hotel itself, so you’ll need to drive or take Grab to get anywhere. Free parking is provided, which is a plus. Do note that the road can get noisy. I was staying in a room facing the road, and while trying to sleep, I could occasionally hear loud vehicles passing by. The room itself was clean and adequate, but one of my friends staying in another room mentioned that there was an unpleasant smell on the pillow in their room.
