Nice Hotel. As soon you enter, the smell is good. Very nice lobby. Nice restaurant on site, lobby cafe is also very good. Comfortable beds, nice room. Location is great. The staff is very friendly . Cigar lounge on site. Nice gym. Here for 6 nights on a business trip and hotel is perfect. Reasonable price.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are helpful. But there were small ******* that are unnecessary and really shouldn’t happen at a luxury hotel. My mobile phone couldn’t connect to the WiFi. The usual “room number and surname” led to an error, so I had to get a special 10 digit access code in reception. Weird. But the strangest thing was that the aircon was off and the control pad inactive. I had to call housekeeping and they activated it remotely. I had two back-to-back bookings, and at the start of my second “stay” the aircon was deactivated again, and I had to call housekeeping again to get it working. So it is an intentional setup. Very strange and not what I expect from a top hotel brand. Thirdly I couldn’t leave a credit card to cover incidentals. I had to pay a deposit on my room and then get a refund for the unused balance at check out. The gym is small. The pool and sun deck is beautiful. Would I stay again? Probably not, there are great hotels in Riyadh.

Excellent Housekeeping service.❤️❤️❤️ This is my first time visit in Riyadh and l'm very happy to stay with Rosh Rayhaan Hotel in Riyadh. There's room was clean floor supervisor mr. Saifull was excellent specially Housekeeping service very fast and there's one of the man Mr. joynal and Redoy they’re very good parson. They always respect me. I'm very glad. They make my day was wonderful.❤️❤️❤️ thanks❤️❤️ for everything. I'm sure I will come back again. Love you Management system.

Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!

The Narcisus Hotel in Riyadh exceeded expectations! Fantastic food, plush beds, and luxurious amenities. The spa was divine, despite separate access for women and men-only pools due to cultural norms. Breakfasts were delightful. However, the conference faced minor disruptions due to electricity issues.

Our tour company booked us here - otherwise based on some of the past reviews I wouldn’t have stayed here. The rooms were very huge and very clean. The included breakfast had a good variety or salads and hot food fruits. If you book online it is very good value ( sadly we booked through a tour company who overcharged us) - shops / restaurants (fast food across the road) . The gym had an amazing array of weights and equipment for a hotel - my husband loved it sadly I could not as women were not allowed. If you are looking for something reasonably priced a good option.

Really, how do I begin? The Meral Crown is okay as a place to stay. I consider it a ”Saudi style” hotel with a particular style of furnishings that is typical in the Middle East. It is a hotel that has strengths and weaknessess. Ups and downs. I was given room 403 which is on the front of the hotel, but you really don't know it because of the small window facing the elevated metro line. The door and lock is a curious anomaly. The door doesn't readily close and the lock doesn't readily open. I learned that you have to hold the cardkey to the lock for a few seconds for it to engage - and that if you don't physically push the door closed, it just won't close. At all. I discovered this a number of times - luckily, theft in Saudi is met with harsh punishment so that mitigates some of the danger. The room was... nice. There's an entry room with seating for four and a small coffee table with an outdated flat screen tv that was small for the expanse of the room - and it was a sizable space with marble tile that gave way to a landing area in front of the tiny bathroom, then into a sizable bedroom with door. The bedroom had a king bed that was decently comfortable and nice linens. There was also a large boudoir to place your clothings with His and Her sides. No desk (a disappointment) but there was a makeup stand with stool for the lady. There were a couple of outlets but I would have preferred more. Overall, while you had the essentials to sit and sleep, the furnishings are best described as: spartan. The bathroom was a disappointment. Tiny, uncomfortable, with a shower stall that was only a basin surrounded by a flimsy curtain and very low water pressure. The water was hard so that made scrubbing with soap a difficulty - and by day 3 the water smelled sulfuric, like rotting eggs. Speaking of rotting eggs, the breakfast buffet was unappetizing. I went there the first morning and never went back. Low quality product, poor signage, just generally one of the poorest breakfast buffets I've ever experienced anywhere. I noted a number of OFWs (overseas foreign workers) as guests and I'm thinking management doesn't really consider these people so they give them the lowest possible quality. You will be better served going to one of local eateries for breakfast nearby. I went to use the pool one day and never went back. I didn't even get in. Perhaps it's because I'm from the West, but I like pool water to be clean and crystal clear. I don't like pool water that looks hazy. That's just being cheap as an operator. There is a gym but it looks like leftover, used, remnant equipment that's old and a bit rusty. There's supposed to be a health spa, and I did walk through the empty space that looks like it was under construction some time ago. It doesn't look like it will open anytime soon. The elevators are also curious. When you face them, the left elevator doesn't not fully align with the floors, creating a kind of edge to step down or up, and then it exhibits
