Hotel berhampiran Faro-Caffe Specialty di Rome

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Even though the location was pretty far from the center the hotel was excellent. It was clean, quiet environment, the staff was very friendly and helpful ! I had a great stay!

Fantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

Honestly couldn't fault our stay here. From the friendly check in we received when we arrived to extra assistance we needed. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, we only had one issue with one of the early morning receptionist we weren't aware the gates were locked we had to ask twice to have the gate unlocked as we had a early morning excursion planned and needed to leave, the man on reception gave us a rather grumpy and short response when we asked to have the gates opened. But apart from that all the other staff went above and beyond for us. From getting us extra pillows on the first night even after the maid service left. On our last evening the receptionist called up our transfer company for us and confirmed our pick up time for us, as our phones wouldn't allow us to call international numbers. On the day we checked out, they even stored our luggage for us behind the front desk as we had a few hours to kill before we got picked up. When our transfer taxi didn't arrive, the receptionist on duty that day couldn't be more helpful,phoning the company for us to find out what the hold up was, even helping organise a different taxi for us to get us to the airport in time for our flights home. Rooms were airy and cleaned daily and in an excellent location for the local metro line. Perfect to use as a base to get away from the hustle bustle of the city centre. Perhaps a welcome guide in the room would be useful to let people know of the times when the gate is locked etc as we weren't aware of this. Overall enjoyed our stay here with the friendly staff and comfy rooms.

Struktur baru dan berfungsi, katil bersaiz king yang sangat baik dan tilam ortopediknya, bilik tidak bersih sempurna (tidak lama kemudian saya berjalan di sana, tanpa selipar, saya mempunyai kaki hitam) tetapi sangat berfungsi dan dilengkapi dengan semua perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk penginapan ( antara termasuk kemungkinan menyediakan kopi dan teh di dalam bilik). Restoran dengan pemandangan yang sangat baik, tetapi kakitangan yang tidak cekap dan tidak bersedia (saya tidak dapat memilih meja, menu yang dikurangkan dan terakhir tetapi tidak kurang juga saya memesan tartare daging dan saya dihidangkan beberapa keping daging dengan bawang, cendawan, pesto dan saya tidak tambahkan apa-apa ada yang lain ....... ringkasnya, asas memasak tidak ada !!! Lebih tepat jika mengatakan bahawa mereka sudah kehabisan stok dan saya akan mengambil sesuatu yang lain; carbonara adalah kredit yang sangat baik untuk kredit. Akhirnya, Perkhidmatan tidak ada, terdapat kira-kira 5 pelayan di antara maitre d 'dsb. Saya terpaksa menunggu 20 minit untuk menerima roti, *****tara kopi - kelelahan kerana tidak melihat siapa-siapa lulus - dibawa di kaunter dengan harga yang sederhana € 3 dikenakan kepada saya walaupun saya sedikit rungutan !!!! Maaf, saya lupa menyebut bahawa terdapat sekitar 6 pelanggan di seluruh restoran. (ringkasnya, tidak pernah lagi !! pengalaman restoran untuk dilupakan). Penyambut tetamu yang sangat baik, bersedia dan bersedia untuk menyelesaikan masalah; sebenarnya, dia segera memberikan selipar bilik dengan logo struktur dan memberi saya sarapan percuma. Demonstrasi Hotellerie yang baik.

Amaizng hotel. Came here years ago and i am glad to say the hotel is as lovely as ever. It is in a great location within walking distance from all the attarctions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast has a great selection of sweet and savoury options. The restaurant also has great food and cocktails.

The service is rly nice! Had some issues with the checkin system at the beginning, but the lady who took care of my case was very friendly and professional. She truly is the gem. Also need to mention the breakfast buffet, the coffee was simply amazing (unfortunately couldn’t have it for the second day due to gut problem), and the staff there also very lovely. I would say well done to the team, y’all absolutely made my trip!

The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

I booked this room for the last two nights of my trip mainly due to it's proximity to Termini. The room was small, clean, and relatively quiet. The check-in staff was friendly, but when I asked one of the housekeepers for an additional bath towel, as there was only one supplied, she gave it to me but seemed rather annoyed that I wanted another. It was when I took a shower the first night that I found that the water pressure was essentially a trickle and I was barely able to wet my hair. I'm not some big budget traveler, used to huge amenities, and I've dealt with the occasional low water pressure before in the hotels that are in my budget, but this was beyond compare. If I had more than a single additional night booked, I would have asked for another room or found another hotel. The included breakfast was a croissant and juice/coffee brought to the room. Aside from it's location, I don't feel it was worth the value. Based simply on the water pressure issue, I would not recommend it unless it is essential to be within a stone's throw of Termini.

The hotel location is near Roma termini. We have arrived the hotel at around 8:00 pm. and the surrounding area near the termini is full of different types of people that we should alert of the security problem. We have ordered 2 pair of slippers and body cream in the reception, however, there is no response for a whole day. The hotel room has good view and balcony.
