太棒了！房間非常舒適又大，幸運的被升級了。水果給很多，飯店裡的每一個人都很友善，尤其辦理入住手續的人員，非常的熱心，還給我們介紹餐廳名單及景點。如果下次有機會回到羅馬，還是會想訂這裡。大大推

地理位置優越，步行可到西班牙階梯，離購物街也就隔了三五分鐘。 服務還不錯，該有的都有。歡迎水果很多，夜床後玻璃礦泉水就放在床頭。有體重秤！這個很重要！ 房間挺大的，帶露台可惜沒啥景色。不過頂樓露台bar景觀很不錯，遠眺聖彼得大教堂，喝杯酒很愜意。

剛剛入住有點失望，酒店很小，房間很小，門口街道很窄。樓頂露台是亮點，早餐晚餐都可以在露台解決。早餐不是自助，但是品質非常好。去景點和購物都在十分鐘走路距離。建議晨跑，景點人少，涼爽。

房間的按摩浴缸不錯，屋頂餐廳好吃。但是停車就算了吧，特別貴。

The whole experience was lovely, from booking the reservation in person, to the fun art books and decor in the lobby area, comfy bed and bedding. Everything was done with attention to detail. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. A grand way to end our stay in Roma. I would stay there again and again!!

Excellent location - ideal for visiting key sights on foot and with lots of brilliant food options nearby. The staff were very accommodating and kind and the hotel has a great aura and aesthetics in the room, restaurant and lobby with lots of attention to detail. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely be back.

Our 4th or 5th time at this friendly hotel, staying in a suite or a deluxe room. Modern, spacious, well furnished. Friendly staff. Lovely rooftop bar / restaurant with a nice Roman view. A quiet street. 2 mins. walk to Pzza. di Popolo. 10 mns. to Spagna. If you stay on the 4th floor prepare for some noise from rooftop bar action.

hotel is fabulous. The employees are outstanding. The Concierge department is the best I've ever worked with totally accommodating with above and beyond for us. Lovely room would stay there immediately on my next trip to Rome. I had multiple meals in their Michelin star restaurant on the Rooftop . Absolutely excellent would go back immediately.great trip

The quality of the rooms, service and overall ambiance were all outstanding The stay we had was only 3 days and we would visit the first Arte Roma hotel again and will recommend this hotel to others There was some ongoing construction outside of of windows which retraced from our views

The First Roma Arte is a gem. It’s a boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and roof top bar for a refreshing aperitif after a long day of sightseeing. The cocktails were creative and were accompanied by a delicious spread of small plates ( No erxtra charge) which could almost substitute for dinner. As a bonus, the rooftop is where you have a scrumptious breakfast with splendid views. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here, you can’t go wrong. Wait, there’s more: a Michelin star hotel on premises for a dining adventure.

I stayed in 3 hotels during my time in Rome. My husband had a medical emergency so we were not able to fly back when initially planned. I wanted to extend my stay here but unfortunately they were all booked out so had to go somewhere else. The staff went above and beyond our entire stay. If I ever come back to Rome this is where I will stay. It was by far the best of the 3 hotels we stayed.

Nice small hotel. Staff is excellent. We had a suite on the first floor which was big enough for the 3 adults. But there is not seating when the pull out bed is in use. The hotel is down what I would call an alley,which is pretty typical in Rome. Near many of the important sites of Rome. The alley becomes noisy at night with garage cans and garage trucks which I didn’t like. The restaurant on the top floor was good for breakfast but is only seafood which my family is not very fond of so we didn’t eat in the hotel except for breakfast. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Convenient but if you are alight sleeper,get a room that doesn’t face the front of the hotel.
