The location is wonderful. The signature Doubletree cookie is always a treat to have!

We stayed in a deluxe king room for 4 nights. The room was good and clean but the improvement of water pressure would be expected. It was too week that we couldn’t shower nor shampoo thoroughly. The heated towels radiator didn’t function properly. Though we reported the issues to the hotel but no follow up. The reception staff, especially Ms Martina and Mr Giovanni were pleasant and helpful.

酒店位置很好，周邊吃飯的很多，離鬥獸場以及火車站都很近，走着就能去，如果需要打車，可以讓酒店前台幫忙，非常快，人多可以叫大車可以坐7個人，有一點要注意，帶孩子一定要確認房型，酒店帶孩子是要單獨收費的，我們就是這個出了問題，攜程上面寫的17歲以下孩子使用現有床鋪免費，但酒店不認可，我們兩間房3天補了300多歐差價，但是攜程積極幫我們處理了，在這給攜程客服人員點贊，大過年的，又有時差，幫我們處理問題。

非常一般，但是價格挺高的，如果有其他選擇，可以選選其他的酒店。

中規中矩，交通還是比較方便的步行可以到達很多主要的景點，走路去西班牙廣場十二分鐘

本來都覺得還不錯，但是酒店工作人員做完清潔忘記把門給我們關好這真的屬於很嚴重的工作紕漏了吧。。。 還好東西沒有丟，讓人在本就號稱容易丟東西的羅馬住得不是很有安全感

Excellent staff and a very clean hotel. Rooms had everything we needed and the en-suite was a good size. Walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, with a good selection of bars and cafes within 5 mins walk of the hotel.

Such an amazing hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was beyond amazing. Loved my whole stay

Great location, clean & comfortable rooms and really helpful staff! Highly recommend! Walking distance to Colosseum and Termini, lots of restaurants nearby too!
