Portrait Roma - Lungarno Collection

The location of the Portrait Roma is exceptional. The room was a delight and the service couldn't have been better. They provide an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend.

The service at the Portrait Roma is terrific. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. When trying to get a taxi to go to dinner, they were calling taxis, going out in the street trying to find us transportation. They even contacted several Uber drivers for us. The rooms are very modern and beautiful. The small kitchen area behind closed doors is a welcome treat. Small refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, etc were nice to have. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom bright and modern. The rooftop bar has great views of the city and a nice place to get out of the crowed streets below.

If you are staying in Rome and want to be pampered, this is the hotel you must stay at. From check -in to check out, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a dream. Car valet, breakfast and room amenities were all outstanding and the hotel is steps from Hermes, Ferragamo and the Spanish Steps!. Well worth the money!! Nothing short of amazing!

Portrait Hotel Roma is a delightful luxury boutique hotel run by Lungarno Collection (Ferragamo). Excellent location adjacent to upscale shopping on Via Condotti. Our suite was gorgeous, contemporary and elegantly appointed (as one would expect from Ferragamo)…every detail & amenity well conceived & executed. The rooftop bar/restaurant had a beautiful view. The concierge staff was excellent…very welcoming and helpful in arranging drivers, tours and dinner reservations. Five-Star all the way!

About to depart Rome after spending 5 glorious nights at the Hotel Portrait. First and foremost I must highly compliment the staff.! Everyone at the hostel were amazing.The concierges - Simone,,Magdalena,,Benedetta,Florentino,Francesco and Vito were all fabulous and catered to all our needs. The guest assistants-Alexis, (who one evening actually walked us to our restaurant to show us the way instead of calling a taxi ) Cristiano,Dainald and Michele were wonderful. The servers at the great breakfasts ( breakfasts are included ) were always there to get us whatever we wanted.Breakfasts were served on the roof of the hotel with stunning views of the Spanish steps The housekeepers, Yula and Natalia made up our room beautifully and gave us great turn down service nightly always with a special treat. The hotel’s location is unbelievable- right in the midst of the greatest shopping area Via Condotti and surrounding streets. Now for our room- Not only was it very large but it also had a place for everything- marble bathroom with separate shower and bathtub,huge closet space and even a make up table for my wife. All I can say is that in the past we have stayed at the Eden,Hassler,,De La Villa,JK Place and the De Russie and when we return it will be at Portait Hotel. Many thanks to all who made our trip so memorable!

Stayed here in July with my family. Granted, we should've organized everything before coming to Rome, but we expected this luxury establishment to be able to provide us with tour services for the main attractions. They didn't have any tour services. How can you not have any tour services in Rome? We did manage to book a tour of the Colosseum from an agency, but I'm appalled that this isn't a service you offer in July in a hotel in Rome. Truly shocked
