Great service, very helpful when there was an issue with the in-room safe. Breakfast a good start to the morning, and excellent location

Good! Great location. Walking distance to the downtown attractions. Good bus connections. It's not fancy but for the price it's amazing. No hesitation to return. Just don't expect a luxury hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean. On the smaller side.

Amenities were poor and elevator is out of service during my stay

I loved this place - it was perfect and the location is the perfect place cause you can walk to all the major attractions easily.

I 100% recommend this accommodation. I came alone for 3 nights and was treated wonderfully, from the receptionist who recommended the best pizzeria I've ever eaten at in Rome, to the breakfast buffet waitress (a real charmer), to the housekeeping staff. The buffet has tons of options and the opening hours are great (7:30-10:30). The room is impressive with very high ceilings and a huge window.

The room was okay and the location was very good. It was more than 10 minutes' walk from the arena. The front desk service was very good. They also provided a travel map. The staff drew the locations of various attractions in detail.
