The room was very comfortable, and the water system worked well. However, being close to the highway made it a bit challenging to sleep.

No water in the room Room is small

The pictures of the Hotel are very deceptive as nothing looks like it did in the images. The breakfast can only be described as truly shocking eggs completely inedible . Paper thin bacon bathed in grease .stale bread and croissants that would better as a corner stone for a building , the photographs on the website are not the breakfast room at all and it very false advertising The room itself is comfortable and clean with a very ample sized bed Television didn’t work at all and the location is not walking distance from the Colosseum Definitely not a 4 star hotel 2 star at best Would not recommend at all

Lovely hotel, however there is not allot around it. And the area is not very aesthetically pleasing.

Staff excellent and knowledgable of area. Location close to good public transport that will easily get you into the city.

Nice stay. Only the hotel does not provide water and location is not good for public transportation

Room is spacious, neat and clean washroom, friendly staff. Big disadvantage is the location however its near to bus stops and for metro station it’s takes 20 mins by walk. No eateries near by.

Please read: Do not book this hotel especially if you are a girl. It doesn't look like its photos. 1. Receptionists are very unwelcome, I arrived earlier at night asked for early checkin possibilities, they told me to wait untill 8AM cuz there is no available room, I spent 4 hours on the sofa then asked them again they told me there is no free room if you want a room you need to pay 60€, if there was option to stay early checking with extra charge why I spent whole night in the sofa????? They were angry and not willing to help! 2. Location is bad, very dark outside, no humanity and only homeless people nearby. No food places nearby, far from everything especially when its traffic hour. Don't trust google maps in Italy for transportation better download moovit app 3. Breakfast is veery poor 4. AC is very poor 5. The only good thing is that room wasn't that small 6. Cleaning- so so

Nice place and big room. Direct bus to city center and really good for budget. Only issue they didn’t allow early check in. Decent breakfast.

Honestly，my experience this hotel is a little bit lower than equivalent level hotel. The mattress in this hotel is not bad. However， unfortunately， it mattress gonna be only point I satisfy with it. The service is normal，but their equipment maintenance is concerning，there are several bulbs down in my room and the shower door in the bathroom seems hard to push. Most importantly，air conditioner in the room is not powerful enough which is a terrible infomation for tourist in this summer. The picture attached in this comment is it outside environment，it might be not clear enough， but I have to say it outside is too dark😂， but it is not a luxury hotel in city centre， therefore it is still acceptable . This hotel is generally good， but there are still large spaces that it can move forward to increase it customer satisfaction.
