Only the room partition walls wasn’t well insulated , you can hear from other room , was stayed 104 , second day all night was hearing noice probably from air conditioning fixed on out walls . The body wash and shampoo smells bit make you uncomfortable , I think you’ll get more complaints about it if not attention.. rest everything was great , stuff absolutely friendly, it worth every penny what you spend , highly recommended

The room was clean, value for money. There was no kettle or Almirah in the room, they should consider adding that. Overall the experience was good.

The strong sense of smell is very disturbing.

I had to ask for kettle coffee and tea. All these basic items NOT provided in the level 3 room that I stayed. On 6 May 2023, my room was not tidy up. The male receptionist simply said this "your room is not made up but it is common that people make mistake right?" He was so defensive!!!

All front desk members are so helpful and kind 👍🏼 Definitely if I come back to Rome I will stay again in this hotel. Special thanks to Francesca 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

service is good, great location i like the breakfast but the room shower is very small and very smelly.

Room was cosy , location is very close to bus station and metro, price is ok

I stayed in two days, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is nice and friendly, the breakfast is not varied and does not contain main dishes, the view is beautiful and the balcony is beautiful

Location is around 10 stops away from the main train station . Breakfast was good, room is clean and staff was helpful.

Hotel was clean and near of metro but room is smaller than pic and no electrical plugs near the bed

바티칸으로 접근하는 것은 가까운 편이나 로마 도심으로 접근하는 것은 상당한 거리가 소모됩니다. 대로 뒷편에 위치해 있어서 접근성이 좀 떨어지는 편이며, 밤에 밖에 다니기가 조금 무서운 편입니다. 연말에 숙박을 했는데 근처에 계속 폭죽 터지는 소리가 들렸으며, 일부는 가로수 바닥을 폭파시킬 정도로 위험한 상황이라 주변을 다니기가 조금 조심스러웠습니다.

房間乾淨，但真的很小，還算舒適，一個人旅行還湊合的。

沒拍照 但是遇到了一些問題 1. 到酒店check in的時候 她們説我們訂的是單人房 但是我們訂的是雙人房 好在後麪解決了 2. 房間內的下水道反味很嚴重，有點噁心；被子上有明顯的污漬，要求換被子，換來的也很臟 3. 不要看什麼離地鐵站很近之類的，離市區很遠，能加點錢住市區就住市區，這邊很偏僻，周圍是吉普賽人住的地方，也不安全 4. 意大利人有點種族歧視，我們打電話再要一個浴巾 説的好好的，也不給送；check in的時候那個人還陰陽怪氣假熱情 最後，不是白人或者和白人一起去的話 最好別住
