Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Rome

We spent 4 nights in this very good hotel and we were fully enjoyed. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. Traveling to the centre of Rome was easy as the Metro is just a few metres away from the Hotel. The staff, especially Serena, were just fantastic. We will definitely return here! Ciao Roma!

Ho prenotato due camere standard da 22 mq, me ne hanno date una da forse 12 mq piccolissima con bagno minuscolo è una un pochino più ampia con un grande bagno una nell’ala opposta all’altra. Vergognoso . Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma…… dovrebbero rispettare le prenotazioni e non a piacimento loro. Alla mia lamentela X la stanza mi è stato risposto …. Ci dispiace siamo pieni …. Non ho parole ….

Slightly out of the city centre but a lovely hotel. The reception staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful, they were absolutely lovely. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature, breakfast great, the rooms nice, prices very reasonable in the restaurant etc. Hotel was very reasonably priced and I have absolutely no complaints at all, a great experience.

We had such a lovely stay here. The receptionist Adrienne was so welcoming and gave us a more desirable room. The location was great and such a nice vibe. Later on we met a front desk attendant called skye who went above and beyond to make us feel at home, she was so personable and gave us some great reccomendations. 10/10 reccomend just based on the staff!

ALL Hotel staff goes above and beyond ! Food on terrace and Palm Court were excellent. View from terrace restaurant one of the best in Rome. Conceierge were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. hotel itself is in a superior location and was a pleasure to come “home” to after excursions or late walks at night. Can’t wait to visit again /)❤️🇮🇹

Writing this review as we check out today, we were really pleased with this hotel and our stay. Although this is a 3 star hotel, the service of the hotel staff is 5 star, they really can’t do enough for you. The location is good, about 10 minutes to the Trevi fountain and about 15 the other way to the Colosseum. The room itself wqs clean with good AC and had wifi. For the price paid for our room, we were really happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

We stayed here initially as part of a group tour and added a couple of days onto the end. We were concerned it might not be central, but it’s a fantastic location. Walk to station is ok but also only a cheap taxi ride. The area has loads of great local restaurants and bars . They were safe and friendly plus the food was really well priced and local delicious delights. The hotel has everything you need, clean, great showers, good breakfast. Plus if you arrive early or late there’s fridges etc that dispense bottles of wine 6 euros or water plus snacks. The staff are friendly and efficient Wifi great Couldn’t recommend more
