I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, neat and clean and an adequate size, though not spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is great. The location is also wonderful, located in a square with a fountain and a huge selection of restaurants, cafés, gelaterias, bakeries etc closeby. The only downside was noise- from the lift, and other rooms and an alarm on the last night

The hotel was great- it's located 10 mins from termini central station (so easy to get there from the airport and no need to walk alot with your luggage), and from piazza della repubblica (so close to another metro station). The location was great because it's walking distance to everthing you want to see (I only took the metro to the vatican- you could also walk there, which I did on the way back when I had more time). There are also good restaurants, gelaterias and shops in the area (as it's located next to via nazionale and the opera house) and they are usually less expensive and crowded than those near famous sites (so I ate there almost every evening). I had a single room which was clean and had everything I needed (comfy bed, safe, hot water, wifi, etc.). The staff was really nice and helpful (they are there 24/7, and you can leave your luggage with them if you need), and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit! Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. We stayed in room 20 for 4 nights. It has space for 3 people, a queen bed plus a single. The room and hotel in general were extremely clean. The room has a small refrigerator, a safe, a place to hang clothes on hangers (but not a closed closet) and small bathroom. The shower would be tight for a large person but we had no problem, and the water did *not* escape from the shower to wet the whole bathroom the way some hotels showers do. There is an air conditioning unit which worked but had limited range in terms how how cool the room might get (not sure about heat). Breakfast is included. There was cereal, yogurts, eggs, sausages, coffee, tea, juices. I believe they offered other cooked options but we did not partake so i don’t really know. The day we left, we stored our luggage in their luggage room and they were kind enough to refrigerate some food for us that we were planning on taking home. The front desk is manned 24x7 and they ask that you drop your key at the desk when you leave the hotel for security purposes. The front desk was very helpful with providing maps with directions and calling cabs. The hotel is located in central Rime, about 10 minutes from the Roma Termini train station, 10 minutes from piazza Venezia and Trajan’s column as well as the victor emmanuel monument, about 20 minutes from the Jewish ghetto, and 15 minutes from the trevi fountain. There is a lift in the hotel that handles max 2 people. There are many bars and restaurants in the streets surrounding the hotel, and we felt very safe walking around after 10 pm. The street the hotel is located in is a small one-way street, and could be a little loud if the windows are open, due to the bars and restaurants nearby. We would certainly stay here again.

Centrally located in Rome, this hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection is diverse and satisfying. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

I chose this hotel based on many positive reviews from many platforms. And I experienced all of the positive reviews. And for the first time I would recommend hotel to my friends and families/relatives. The two rooms were the best : the view, size and amenities. To my surprise, the minibar provided as complimentary. Breakfast : the best breakfast I ever had after more than 30 years traveling for both leisures/family and business trips in Indonesia, Asia and Europe. On top of the buffet menus, we were offered breakfast that personalised for our needs/tastes. Now, two weeks after we left the hotel, my wife and daughter keep telling me about to comeback again to Rome just because this hotel …. All the staffs were helpful and almost excellent. Keep the good work guys, as this hotel’s experiences were the oasis in many disappointments about Rome. One small note : It was a little bit difficult for me to find this hotel, and taking up two large luggage up to the hotel lobby was a little struggle

Clean , comfortable hotel, well situated and very helpful staff. Bathrooms recently upgraded so very smart. Breakfast was ok . Only downsides were the lift not working ( but not a big issue for us ) and the ongoing building work at the hotel…do they really need to start banging so early ?

Stayed with my niece in a ”Family Room” on the 3rd floor. The room provided the desired level of privacy while still staying together. The main bedroom was separated from the sitting room (that was setup with a pullout couch) by thick drapes allowing each of us to have our own space. The bathroom, that was through the sitting room, only had one sink, but was still large enough for two people to get ready at once. The room was complete with amenities such as kettle with instant coffee and tea, mini fridge with beverages, bathroom amenities including dental and shaving kits, bathrobe and slippers and nice large towels. The breakfast room with beautiful views all around was a great way to start the day. The breakfast offering was pleasant (not the largest spread but enough to start the day and save room for lots of other Italian food). We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, The American. Tasty table snacks were served with the drinks. The bartenders were friendly, and also happy to make creative cocktails not on the menu. As all reviews note, the hotel is in a great location. Really easy to get around and plenty of restaurants to enjoy at night. It is true that any hallway noise could easily be heard in the room, but given all of the other positive attributes to the hotel, I won't let that deter me from booking the hotel again.

I pro: ottima posizione, personale gentile, letto abbastanza comodo, pulizia discreta, stanza piccola ma tutto sommato accogliente, bagno funzionale. I contro: insonorizzazione delle stanze piuttosto carente, perché anche a tarda notte si potevano sentire i vicini di stanza parlare e ridere a gran voce, quelli che rientravano, etc. Dall'esterno, invece, proveniva il rumore di un fastidioso condizionatore (non sempre, ma c'era). Per fortuna dormo coi tappi nelle orecchie. Per necessità ci tornerei pure, ma non potrebbe mai essere la prima scelta per un viaggio di piacere.
