Ho soggiornato due notti in una stanza tripla,camera spaziosa e pulita con ogni confort,carino il balcone attrezzato con tavolino e poltroncina, unico neo nel bagno doccia troppo piccolina si fa fatica ad entrare e io non sono certo un gigante,servirebbe anche un punto dove appendere gli asciugamani da doccia dopo averli usati.ottima colazione sia dolce che salata.molto positivo il fatto di avere un parcheggio privato al costo di 15 euro al giorno,da quelle parti non è semplice trovarlo libero e gratuito.consigliatissimo,ci tornerò sicuramente

This hotel was booked by the tour company and we were here two nights at the end of our tour. This is not a four star hotel by any standard, unless you are only factoring in the fact that the room is large and that there was A/C in the room. An older hotel, although from the onset you wouldn’t think so. The front lobby is not necessarily accessible, as you have to climb a large flight of stone steps to get through the front door, once inside the front entrance there is a small ramp beside the stairs to pull your luggage up. The reception in the morning are friendly enough, but don’t bother trying to get any assistance from the evening desk attendant, she was rather rude and was not interested in helping at all - we had an issue with an Uber Eats order (we asked to meet them outside and they never arrived after 40 minutes of waiting so we decided to go back to the room and try calling the restaurant and we just said to the front desk that we had an Uber order that may be delivered in case they showed up and she just shook her head covered her ears with her hands and said “no no not her problem that she does nothing with it”) I wasn’t asking her to do anything with the order just that it might be delivered. But anyways, back to the rooms, it’s not your typical room size it is larger then what you would expect from a hotel in Europe. Relatively clean, fixtures in the bathroom were old, the stand up shower stall was tiny and the doors were broken. The shower head was loose and came off when I turned it on, spraying the entire bathroom with water. The double bed was really two twins pushed together. Location is horrible, it’s far from transit and you can’t access the main parts of Rome easily. It’s down a lane way and difficult to find and the street itself is narrow and dark. There is a restaurant downstairs, but the food was horrible and took forever. The breakfast was your typical breads, cheese and cold cuts. And again, even the staff in the restaurant were rude and weren’t keen on providing service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even if you’re on a budget.

We stayed for 2 nights. One of our family became ill and taken to hospital. The staff were very helpful and supportive. It’s 5 mins from the train station, but the trains were very infrequent. We wasted our time going there. Taxis in Rome are very cheap. Expect to pay about 17 euros to the Vatican. 20 - 25 euros for the further away places. Airport taxi is set at 31 euros.

Nice hotel, clean, tidy nicely kept. Was bed & breakfast & was good from start to finish! Family room for 2 but still had plenty of room to move. Amenities in the bathroom Good breakfast lots to chose from Bar was good also, gym availability however did not use this was only a 2 night stay

We had a very good experience at Hotel Pineta Palace! Really important for us was the fact that they have a 24-hour reception, which was very accommodating for our delayed flight. The staff is really helpful and friendly, especially Antonio and Stefano who we dealt with the most, but also the house-keeping boys who would bring to our room anything we needed, even at 1 am! Our room was on the 6th floor - it was clean, spacious and had a balcony with a view. There is private underground parking available too!

Réservation d'un appart'hotel fin juin 2022. L'appartement est très grand, propre avec tout le confort attendu. La literie est super confortable dans la chambre. Le canapé lit un peu moins. L'appartement est bien fourni au niveau serviettes de toilette, gel douche, savon etc.. La piscine est très agréable, facile d'accès et très propre. L'appartement est situé à 50 m de la ligne de train reliant le centre de Rome et à 200m environ de la ligne de bus 990 reliant le centre de Rome également. Il y a un commerce (todis) à environ 300 m avec des prix très abordables. Par contre nous avons dû réclamer à l'accueil pour le bruit perçu dans l'appartement au dessus du notre à partir de 4h00 4h30 du matin les personnes faisaient la fête en rentrant (musique, bruit et rire) sans aucune discrétion. Je recommande néanmoins ce logement et pourrais y retourner si l'occasion se présentait.
