Our experience with customer service was disappointing, as the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. We were placed in a lower-floor room with a very poor internet connection. When we contacted the receptionist for assistance, we were told to wait 30 minutes and to inform them if the situation did not improve. Unfortunately, the internet connectivity worsened after that time. Despite asking to be moved to a different room, the clerk refused our request, even though there were available rooms. We kindly ask for a manager to reach out to us to address these concerns, and no one had the decency to follow up or call back. Just a bunch of leeches. I would never go back in my life. No wonder Le Spa Finlandais disassociated themselves from this awful partnership. If I could give 0 out of 10, I would in a heart beat.
