All the things are good, we have a comfort night, but it will be better if the hotel provides hair dryer , then it will be more perfect

The location is very convenient, with subway and tram lines nearby, supermarkets, and many restaurants. Chinatown is also nearby. However, the toilet and sink are very small, the bed is very soft, and there is no one to clean the room.

Great location and great price! We were welcomed by friendly staff and checked in very quickly. Also gave us instructions on the main entrance. Good stay!

Staffs are friendly, room was basic but clean. There were restaurants nearby, and walking distance to shopping area.

The room was so small that to get to the back bed, you had to climb over the front bed! Even the most basic hotel facilities, such as a hair dryer, were missing. The only advantage was having some space to store our backpacks. The location and access were good, though.

Good value budget hotel with an excellent location Pros: Excellent location — less than a minute’s walk from Zaandam train station and the high street. Shops and supermarkets are right on the doorstep. Rooms on the 9th–11th floors offer great views of Zaandam’s colourful buildings through the large windows. Reasonable room size for a budget hotel. Good value for the price paid. Cons: Bathroom/toilet is quite small. Facilities are basic, as expected from a budget hotel. Overall, a practical and good-value option, particularly if location and transport convenience are important.

I wanted to book a hotel room for Carnival and after some searching, I found this place. It was a simple, small room at a friendly price. It didn't need to be any bigger, just right for sleeping and unwinding. It's perfectly central, right around the corner from Karel Doormanstraat, so a breakfast service isn't necessary. An Albert Heijn (supermarket) is on the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants and such near Beurs or in the city. The staff were friendly, no complaints there, though they do speak English, so that might be something to consider if you don't. I'll definitely use this hotel again if I want to stay in the city.

Location and reception team were excellent - willing to store rucksacks when we arrived early. Room was very basic.

Well, the room I booked was a bit small, so we asked for an upgrade and settled everything at the counter. I’m used to Japanese standards of amenities, so it felt a bit lacking — especially the simple, cheap white indoor slippers 😅 Lesson learned: bring my own next time, haha.

The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance to the famous Arch Market and the subway station. Plus, there's a McDonald's and a supermarket nearby for some quick shopping. 🥰 The only minor drawbacks are that the room is a bit small and you have to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but other than that, everything else was great!

The front desk was very kind to let us check in early. I had two twin beds, they were a bit small but for this price and location, I will take it.

Very good hotel, clean and perfectly located. The staff is very welcoming. A big thank you to Anaïs and Ronisia, two truly lovely and attentive people who helped and supported us a lot throughout our stay, especially when we came for a match. Their kindness and availability truly made a difference. Very good experience, I recommend!
