Hotel is near to central train station. Walkable to attractions like Rotterdam waterfront and the Cube House. Close to all amenities such as shopping streets and food establishments. Room is clean and comfortable though not a big room but good for a couple. Breakfast spread is limited but sufficient to fill your stomach with nutritional food early morning. Good and we had a wonderful stay in the hotel.

The room was very nice, vibrant colors, bed was awesome, all very clean. But the big mistake they made with the renovation were the doors. They slam with a very big bang, so when anyone else on the floor enters the room, it all shakes. And then they are not isolated, you can understand discussions happening outside the room. And then, for the breakfast, dinner, lunch: only christmas music. But of the worst kind. There is no place in the region to escape this in the morning, so you have to deal with the christmas music. And for 17 euro's, it's not even worth actually what you get after your ears are in pain with ”jolly happy christmas” three times during breakfast.

Zeer net en ruim opgezet hotel met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Schone kamers, niet super de luxe; maar van alle gemakken voorzien je kunt een bakje koffie of thee op de kamer klaarmaken en met fijne bedden (1102). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Nederlands sprekend, personeel. Je kunt tot 23.45 nog een drankje bestellen in de lounge, mocht je dat willen. Het ontbijtbuffet is behoorlijk uitgebreid met diverse broodjes (hard/zacht/hartig/zoet), English breakfast, verschillende soorten yoghurt, fruit en beleg en american pancakes en een grote diversiteit aan warme en koude dranken. Er loopt voldoende, vriendelijk personeel rond waardoor je je erg welkom voelt. Wat helaas, vooral voor onze kinderen, erg vervelend was, was dat er een mevrouw in het hotel verbleef die nare en beledigende dingen naar ons riep toen wij na het ontbijt terug gingen naar onze hotelkamer. Het kwam op ons over alsof zij behoorlijk onder invloed was van iets; ze liep/ danste intimiderend in de foyer rond in haar badjas en met een handdoek om haar haar gebonden alsof ze de hele nacht al sinds de avond ervoor onderweg was naar de badkamer. Ze lachte onze zoon uit toen hij bijna tussen de liftdeur kwam wat voor hem echt heel vervelend was. Voor een net hotel als dit was dat wel een afknapper na zo'n geweldig ontbijt en verblijf. Als ik de eigenaar was had ik haar eruit gezet. Wat ook jammer was, waren de omgevingsgeluiden. Rondom het hotel is men bezig met werkzaamheden waardoor je (zelfs op de 11e verdieping) vroeg gewekt wordt door vrachtwagens die af en aan rijden.

Accueil digne d'un hôtel haut de gamme. Equipe de réception très professionnelle tout comme l'ensemble du personnel de cet hôtel que je n'hésiterai pas à classer comme meilleur Ibis Styles fréquenté ces dernières années. Certes, c'est hôtel très récent mais on peut aisément constaté qu'il a été conçu avec des équipements et des matériaux de très bonnes qualités. La décoration (hall, bar, restaurant, chambres) réalisée avec goût sans oublier l'aspect confort que certains architectes oublient lors de la conception de certains hôtels. Le service est lui aussi très professionnel et courtois tant au bar, au restaurant et lors du petit déjeuner. Le restaurant (italien) propose des mets variés et qualitatifs. On ressent l'envie de satisfaire et de bien faire. Belle petite carte des vins. Merci spécial au manager Eliott. Le petit déjeuner proposé est lui aussi très varié et riche (cela change du traditionnel petit déjeuner standard et pauvre des hôtels Ibis en France). Les chambres sont bien équipées et joliment décorées. L'hôtel est situé face à la salle omnisport et concerts de Ahoy. Parking payant jouxtant l'hôtel. 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Zuidplein qui vous permet de rejoindre la gare de Rotterdam Centraal en un peu plus de 10 minutes et l'hyper centre de Rotterdam en 5 minutes. En conclusion, même si nous avons la chance de fréquenter plutôt des hôtels premium je qualifierai l'IBIS Styles Ahoy comme un des meilleurs hôtel fréquenté depuis 25 ans dans le groupe Accor. 5 star rating in my opinion definitely a place to stay in delft. The city is beautiful to visit. And food is excellent. I will be returning to stay when I visit my family. The hotel feels luxurious and the best I had on this trip. My only fault was not to stay longer in vander valk hotel delft A4

This hotel has a nice cosy entrance and the personel is very friendly. The room we stayed in at the third level was clean and spacy, and has a window that can be opened. There 's a mini fridge that cooled our stuff perfectly. There ś a table where you can sit at, and eat and drink. There 's also a waterkettle and coffee and teabags. A nice drawing on the wall above the beds. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large, too. It has a glass sliding door and a shower with thermostat valve. There is a parking beneath the hotel ($), and you can also park your car for free close in front of the hotel. We had a perfect stay for 2 nights and we love to come back sometime again. The villagecentre is about a 20 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a waterferry (for bikes and people only) that cruises every 15 minutes on the Merwede river to Dordrecht.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer
