The location is easy to go anywhere in the city by walk

The location is within easy access to walk to the river, bus services, and pick up directly out the front for most tours. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was clean, heating worked, bed was comfy. The breakfast was also good to have as food prices are a little high in general across Finland (particularly for some foreign currency exchanges). The hotel itself though - including the rooms - is outdated. For the price you pay for a room you'd expect something that doesn't seem like it got stuck in the 1970s and never evolved. It's a rabbit warren to get to some of the rooms and at times can have an abandoned feeling.

部屋まで全てエレベーターで行けず、重いスーツケースを持って階段を降りたりしたのが苦痛。 部屋にケトル、冷蔵庫が無かったのであればよかった。

ロヴァニエミの中心地にあり、周りにはスーパーマーケットやレストランがたくさんありショッピングモールもありました。 いろんなアクティビティを行っているオフィスがとても近く助かりました。 ロビーは広くキッズスペースや電子レンジもあり、冷凍食品を温めて食べることもできます。 朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

城市很小，酒店就在市中心，走到哪裡都很方便（最北麥當勞、博物館、中心廣場、購物中心等），打車到機場十幾分鐘左右

聖誕期間酒店太難少了，價格還貴，最後找到這家性價比還可以。離火車站，汽車站和市中心都很近；酒店設施比較舊。前台服務很熱情耐心。

酒店設施比較舊及簡陋，但房間很大，早餐也比較多樣化。必須要三點才能入住，好在附近有幾間大型商場及超巿，可消磨時間。

3 star so don’t expect much, extremely dated, shower wasn’t great, no kettle in room or phone for reception The Breakfast was disgusting, what is supposed to be scrambled egg is just one big congealed mess that has to be sliced!! Bacon, again very pink , not like bacon Couldn’t have tea as they had no fresh milk, at all, I did ask reception It is kept clean and the receptionists are all very friendly and helpful It’s central location was very useful, but thankfully we were hardly in the room

Extreme investments needed in renovation, energy savings and modernisation. Very dirty room and public areas

I recently stayed at Scandic Polar during my visit to Rovaniemi, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions, including Santa Claus Village and the beautiful Arctic Circle. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any queries. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to start the day on a good note. My room was clean and cozy, though a bit dated in design. However, it had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a convenient and reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Rovaniemi, Scandic Polar is a good choice. I would happily stay here again on my next visit!
