The room offered sufficient space, the bathroom was clean and looked new. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a large variety of food and drinks. The sauna is also very recommandable. The location is central. There is a shopping mall just across the street, local and long distance bus stops are nearby. Personnel was very friendly and supportive.

Apesar de nos ser pedido para escolher um horário para o pequeno almoço, não havia controle efetivo, resultando em confusão e desordem no buffet. 2. **Falta de Limpeza e Comodidades no Quarto**: A falta de creme na casa de banho e a inexistência de limpeza da bancada durante os 7 dias de estadia foram decepcionantes. 3. **Acomodações Insuficientes para Roupas**: A maior dificuldade foi a ausência de um roupeiro adequado no quarto, especialmente desafiador para uma família de quatro pessoas com roupas de inverno volumosas. Apenas quatro ganchos na parede não eram suficientes para manter as roupas organizadas, resultando em uma desordem constante no quarto. Conclusão: Embora a localização do Hotel Santa Claus seja ideal, as falhas na organização do pequeno almoço, na limpeza e nas acomodações dos quartos comprometem a experiência de estadia. Recomendaria aos gestores do hotel uma revisão nestes aspectos para garantir que futuros hóspedes tenham uma experiência mais agradável e confortável.

The staff at The Arctic City Hotel went out of their way to help us during a very difficult time. Prior to our arrival, our plans were disrupted by the sudden and unexpected death of a family member. We were devastated by the news and were unsure of how to proceed with our travel plans. The staff went above and beyond to help us navigate through changes to our itinerary. We were particularly touched by the staff’s emails offering kind words and condolences. It meant a lot to us. We cannot thank the good people at The Arctic City Hotel enough for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our lives, and we will always remember their exceptional service with gratitude.

A great hotel centrally located in Rovaniemi town centre. Easy walking distance (even in minus 19 degrees) to the local shops, restaurants and lots of activities. If you want to go to Santa Park, or Santa's Village, the bus stop is literally alongside the hotel, and comes regularly for just a few euros. We had a great stay, comfy beds, lovely staff and great full breakfast included. There was really nothing more we could have asked for.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the centre, it's a basic hotel which is clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is more continental with 3 hot item available. The only downside to the hotel is their is no safe in the rooms so had to carry all personal items laptop, money, passport etc around with me all the time. The hotel did offer to put item in their own safe but decided against it. It didn't put me off staying here again and would return.

Perfect stay! Arrived on my own and was collected promptly at the airport - was offered to stop at Lidl on the way to collect some groceries. The apartment is really spacious and super warm! The sauna is great; gets up to around 85-90°C. The apartment is located about a 10 minute drive from the city centre or Santa's Village. There is shopping about a 3-4 minute drive. Unless you've rented a car, I would suggest using the offered taxi service which is run by the company. Kitchen has everything you'd need; microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. My only suggestion would be a couple more towels because between showers and saunas, you'd be finished with them very quickly!

The cottage we stayed is spacious and clean. The presence of Sauna inside cottage is great. Breakfast at the Three Elves Restaurant is very good too. Unfortunately the complimentary airport transfer mentioned in other review was not included in our booking. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the Santa Claus Village very much. Overall staying in Santa Claus Holiday Village is highly recommended.

I couldn't have been more satisfied with my choice of accommodation. The quiet and comfortable environment allowed for a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was well-prepared for the adventures of the following day. The only area of improvement would be the condition of the communal garbage bin in the yard. It was the only drawback, as it appeared to be in a rather untidy state. However, this minor issue did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Forenom Serviced Apartments in Rovaniemi offers exceptional value for money. With its well-maintained, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and added conveniences like the kitchenette and sauna access, it's a haven for weary travelers. A lovely cosy place to stay, however the location really is in the sticks where transport is limited to around 3 buses to or from the city with the last bus arriving at 7pm. But the room was great and extremely warm in the minus 15 degrees temperature.

Everything is in the hotel. The sauna was also clean and it was nice to be able to cook. It was a pity that the reception was 4 minutes away by car. So it would be inconvenient if you don't have a car.
