Hotel Mercure de Saint-Lary

Had three wonderful nights for the second year in a row in this lovely hotel. Check in was effortless and the staff were very friendly and polite. We had dinner in the hotel on the first night of the three which was superb. Breakfast is a very full buffet with cooked options and is delicious. The room was large with balcony and sofa area and the bathroom and shower were clean and comfortable. The bathrobes and slippers were a bonus. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. Thoroughly recommend the Mercure at St - Lary which is also a lovely place as a base for walking in the Pyrenees

Just had a wonderful three nights in this fabulous hotel in Saint Lary. We had last stayed there in 2006 and I can honestly say it was even better than I remembered from then. Very friendly check in and given a mini tour around the ground floor. It's very central with wonderfal panoramas over the mountains and a nice 10 min walk along the river can take you to the centre of town instead of walking through the streets which is the other option. Our room was on the first floor with a lovely balcony with some views of the mountains. The room was very comfortable with a big en suite bathroom and pleasant sitting area. The breakfast was superb with everything you could want laid out in a welcoming manner and the dining room had a very pleasant ambience. We go to the Pyrenees most years but hadn't been back to St Lary as I said since 2006 but it is lovely town nestled in the heart of the high Pyrenees. Plenty of wonderful hikes and beautiful lakes and we even popped over to Bielsa in Spain to hike up the Pineta valley. Can't fault this place and it's very welcoming staff.

c'est un mercure, donc les codes du mercure sont présent, mais pour le prix de l'étape, pas d'accès au thermes alors que le site internet vantait le produit pour le reste, c'est du luxe, de la démesure .... bref, ce n'est pas ma tasse de thé, je préfère l'authentique, mais malheureusement tout était complet a la date choisi la note aurait pu être meilleure si l'accès aux thermes avait été possible

Le décor montagnard est magnifique avec les peaux de vache. Le cadre à saint-Larry est tout simplement magnifique. L'expérience est hautement récomendable en famille ou entre amis. Le restaurant est très chique et convivial, la nourriture est délicate et les serveurs très gentils

Nous venons de passer 4 jours très agréables. L’hôtel est très bien placé (collé à un magasin de location de ski, à 5 min des télécabines). Il est très chic, le personnel est très agréable et le restaurant est très bon. Toutes les commodités sont là (ski room, garage sous terrain…) Je recommande !

Mes amis et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui est complètement intégré dans ce beau village de montagne. Les espaces sont vastes et les services attentionnés et de grande qualité. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais grandes et la literie est de qualité ( que demander de plus ?) le spa est très apprécié et la restauration au top . Merci pour tout
