"Checkin was crazy. It was super busy due to the concert in town, so we checked in about 30 min early (3:30) but a room wasn’t ready. We were told we’d receive a text when it was. So we waited in the lobby. At around 5 pm, (the concert started at 6!), my husband went to ask and yeah, it was ready, and he was given the key. So…a bit frustrating. Idk how the property can expedite this process because the line to check in was almost out the hotel doors. For the price we paid for one night, it should be better. Online checkin or something. Room was ok. Nothing worth what we paid, but nice. View overlooked the stadium, so that was cool."

"The access to sightseeing spots was very good, and I was able to go sightseeing on foot to the arch and the baseball field! The hotel service was good and the room was spacious and clean. One drawback is that the drain was clogged on the second day and the water did not flow at all. However, I would like to use it again if I come to St. Louis."

It definitely lives up to the Marriott name. Its location is also a huge plus, being less than a 15-minute walk from the subway station and within 5-10 minutes of a bus stop, making public transport access very convenient for reaching major tourist attractions."

"They claimed I smoked in my room which as many times as I stayed there this one time I smoked in my room no I don’t think so and they kept my deposit. They where very rude , there was no dishes in either room I stayed in . The couches were nasty with stains. And at breakfast there is a guy who works in the kitchen who hovers over you while you’re making your breakfast telling you how much to get how do you know it’s just one person in a persons room could have kids he doesn’t know they shouldn’t allow him to do that!"

"Hygiene: Very poor. The waiter didn't clean the room for two nights. The woman at the front desk had eyes that were as big as her head. The pillowcases in the room were torn. I spent more than 2,000 a night on such bedding. I bought breakfast for 3 people on Ctrip, but the hotel deducted 2 more days of breakfast. I was speechless."

"Location = Great for the Arch Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross. Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience. Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk. Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money."
