Hotel berhampiran Figaro hair&beauty st. moritz, Saint Moritz

We stayed in an apartment in the new Aladin annex, it was large and really high quality, including a good kitchen and dining area, Excellent base for a few days in Interlaken. A little way out but no real inconvenience- nice 30 min walk to the centre of town or the station via the lake and the youth hostel bus number 9 runs every half hour from the station and stops outside. Breakfast, table tennis, laundry and super-helpful staff next door at the youth hostel (which really is for youths not the middle aged like us).

We stayed at St Moritz Youth Hostel for a night after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. One might think lesser of a hostel as compared to a hotel but after our night stay at St Moritz Youth Hostel, I found myself truly underestimating the service a hostel can offer, much unbeknownst to a general opinion. And we owe thanks to Iris and her team’s wonderful hospitality and service, the stay was a memorable and wonderful experience. It was the last night of our honeymoon trip in Switzerland. Although it was snowy, sheer cold and our skins were shivering from the brr conditions, the kindness and hospitality by Iris and her team who went above and beyond truly, exudes warmth from within, which made our experience an exceptional one. One that would etched in our memories for many decades to come. We felt that this hostel provides extremely good value and is only a 10 mins bus ride away from the train station. The bus stop is right outside the hostel so it’s convenient even with big luggages. We bought 24 hours tickets at the station for the bus ride. Hostel is clean and has a good welcoming vibe. Although we stayed in the shared bathroom, bathroom was clean and near, didn’t have to wait long to use. There was also a basin in the room so it’s quite convenient. You don't have to step out to brush teeth or do any washing. Do bring your own soap, u can borrow a hair dryer from reception. We had dinner at the hostel, it was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful too. I would highly highly recommend this place to stay , you are in safe hands and well taken care of by the awesome team! They are patient and answer all your questions and share with you more about how to get around. St Moritz is a small town, but the experience and takeaways we obtained from our stay, is far greater, significant than the place. This in my opinion, is what you call travelling for an experience, with an experience. Thank you so much to Iris and the team (sorry didn’t manage to get your names!!)!! Superb is an understatement.

Love everything about this hotel - location, food, breakfast. Bed is comfy and bath room Super clean everyone super nice ✨ can’t wait to come back again.

I never take the time to write reviews as i’m more of a “direct feedback” person, but i have to share this one.. We left this magical place with a full heart. The rooms were top notch, i loved all the wooden details as well as all the nitty gritty you don’t want to miss in a home away from home. Kicked of the day with a savory and sweet breakfast in their cozy and calm setting, overlooking the centre of town. The family lead 4 star individual hotel, is filled with stories and made us feel like we became a part of it. My very special recommendation is the Pasta Luigi at Lapin Bleu - i had it ON REPEAT.

I have stayed at the Hauserhotel several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of the best mid range hotels in Switzerland. The welcome, the location, the comfort are all superb and I recommend anyone coming to St Moritz to come and stay here. It is that simple, you will not be disappointed and only impressed. The Hotel is positioned well for the town/shops and local funicular train. The old part of the hotel has some interesting and unique rooms while the new part has rooms with balconies overlooking the town and mountains. Attached there is a good restaurant which serves very reasonable evening meals as well as a great breakfast. The staff were very helpful and provided a free ”Engadine card” for access to the funicular and telecabines as well as local buses. Taxi is about CHF25 from the rail station and if you have any reasonable sized cases is to be recommended as it is all uphill! With Free Wifi there is much to like about this place.
