Ulasan Hauser Hotel St. Moritz

The receptionists were helpful and friendly, providing all the necessary information. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was ok, but we had a problem no communication from the staff. Breakfast was a buffet included. They offered us scrambled eggs, which we accepted, and then suddenly the bill came for 12 Swiss francs. The problem wasn't paying, but rather that we were never informed that something as simple as an omelet would be charged. The staff at the café were also not friendly. special mention to the employee Carlos, very helpful and friendly

The hotel is at the central location of the town, it offers free shuttle service from the train station. The room is big enough for a couple and the service at the breakfast is great.

Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?

Hotel room got no kettle but do not provide hot water. Breakfast buffet very limited. Ask for fried egg has to pay 5 francs.

I dont like the service staff in the breakfast dining area, we walked directly and the waitress rudely showed us the sign “please wait to be seated”. I understand some part of the dining area may be closed, but you can tell us nicely no free sitting. Probably because we are Asian. The counter staff also told us in an ironical way that breakfast start at 7, as if we are hungry ghost coming at 6:55 am. Service staffs have to be more empatic, not showing your attitune.

Comfortable, very clean and cozy hotel. Also gave off a very homely feel. Cheerful and happy staff.

Location is very central. Took a bus for one stop. Has very good breakfast and dinner menu.

Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service from the train station which is a plus point. The check-in was smooth & staff also provide me on the info which i would like to tour around. I also arranged my dinner with the hotel, the food is delicious except service was abit slow. Maybe due to large crowd at the restaurant. Breakfast is simple yet delicious & included with the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel for people visiting St. Moritz.

Everything is good. A minor improvement needed is the lack of ventilation fan in the toilet

Hotel is nicely located in the middle of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful in introducing the town. Hotel room though small but clean. No aircon, natural ventilation. Hotel breakfast was great, enjoyed it thoroughly.

Super comfy hotel abs super clean. Perfect location right in the heart of the centre. If more hot food options for breakfast would be even better but over amaZing stay!

酒店有客車接送旅客往返火車站，十分貼心。酒店往登車站纜車站只需5分鐘步；酒店提供登車纜車和區內巴士通用證，十分貼心。房間夠大，美中不足的是沒有熱水煲和雪櫃等基本設施，只有兩個水杯；在天寒地凍的山區環境，未能煲熱水以沖熱飲（如熱咖啡或朱古力），十分不方便。建議酒店增加熱水煲。

位置相當的中心，出門就是超市，餐廳，上山纜車，很推薦入住！房間小而温馨，乾淨。唯一沒中不足的就是沒有燒水壺。
