Sono ormai già tre anni che pernottiamo in questo hotel. Già dalla prima volta abbiamo percepito cura e precisione in tutto. Le camere sono molto pulite, ben arredate e spaziose. Vi è una stanza per depositare sci e snowboard appena ristrutturata, con ventilazione per asciugare gli scarponi ed armadietto sotto chiave (stessa chiave della camera). L’area wellness è molto piacevole, pulita e tranquilla. Insomma rilassante. Siamo una coppia molto appassionata di colazione😁, ed in questo posto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Prodotti locali di qualità, molto variegati. Abbondante. La colazione è servita a buffet in una sala luminosa e con una bellissima vista sulle montagne innevate. Il personale è decisamente molto cordiale e simpatico, sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. In particolare vorremmo ringraziare DAVID K. che ci ha accolto ed accompagnato per tutta la permanenza con particolare gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia! Davvero complimenti! Grazie mille di tutto e a presto!👋🏻

PERFEITO!!!!! um hotel incrível que alia tradição e bons serviços. Utilizei o transfer gratuito da estação de trem para o hotel para chegar no hotel , parecia um sonho : funcionários atenciosos, local totalmente reformado com uma decoração linda, recebemos um upgrade de quarto e chegamos a nossa suíte impecável. O café da manhã é um show a parte e possui absolutamente tudo de primeira qualidade. O hotel Possui um acordo com o clube local de piscinas e atravessamos a rua estávamos no clube na piscina aquecida de frente para a montanha … o transporte público de ônibus é bem perto e sempre que precisamos, o hotel pediu um táxi para nós. Absolutamente incrível e inesquecível….. escolha esse hotel para sua estadia em st Moritz !

A short stsy in St Moritz out of season and we landed in a very friendly and welcoming hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a meal at the La Strala restaurant on our first night and it was outstanding. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Teddy Club restaurant is a highlight, with a kid-friendly menu and miniature furniture. The on-site ski school for kids stands out, providing expert, patient instruction for young skiers. These features, combined with the hotel’s pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and stunning view, made Suvretta an unforgettable winter ski holiday for us. We are looking to enjoy both skiing and quality time together.

Our second stay here, amazing hotel in a fantastic location. We were given an upgrade to a lake view with a balcony which was beautiful. Bit cold to sit out though! Room had everything we could want including a kettle, we were provided with extra tea and milk. Internet very good. Breakfast selection is very good but not re filled as quick as last year especially the fruit, also last year we were shown to a table at breakfast this year we weren’t and some were not set for 2 people. Slower at clearing away this year as well. Still a lovely breakfast with friendly staff in the hotel, we will be back. Hotel will collect and return you to the station with your bags as well (it’s a steep climb with cases).

CChengHotel provide complimentary shuttle service from the train station which is a plus point. The check-in was smooth & staff also provide me on the info which i would like to tour around. I also arranged my dinner with the hotel, the food is delicious except service was abit slow. Maybe due to large crowd at the restaurant.
Breakfast is simple yet delicious & included with the hotel.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for people visiting St. Moritz.

PPengguna TetamuYou cannot beat the location, right on the main square, and on the day we arrived, there was a jazz band playing, a vintage car festival, a model sailboat regatta and a kitesurfing festival. the room was comfortable and well-appointed. The only problem was: no air conditioning, it was a 30+ day and we had to open the windows all night, with the jazz band pounding away, and when that stopped, the drunks in the street took over. Breakfast is good, and the complimentary transport to the station for the Glacier Express was well appreciated.

OOdyssey63137005433Had no idea what to expect ahead of my arrival at this hotel by taxi from the train station and not in great mood - Uber told me it would be 8 Swiss francs ride but after well over five minutes waiting for drivers’s details to confirm booking, cancelled and resorted to one of the dwindling number of cabs in the rank. 20 francs later for a distance that I easily walked back the following day was a rip off of the highest order! It did not look promising as the entrance was through scaffolding being used for some sort of roof repairs, into a reception area like something out of the early 20th century! No one was about but there were a number of people in the bar area which has a stunning view over the lake. The bar lady had been getting a bottle of wine and she then checked me in . I made my way, warily, up to the 1st floor in the oldest lift I have seen in years to my rather small bedroom and equally small bathroom wondering why was I here!! The best bit was going to bed in THE most comfortable bed with THE most incredible sheets and duvet I have ever been between. Absolutely wonderful and life could not get any better surely? Well, it could because I was up bright and early into the shower!! Once I worked out the screen that controlled every facet, I had water coming from a huge shower head like a tropical downpour and also six each from two sides and did not need the hand held one!! Temperature is controlled by degrees . Incredible and apparently recently fitted!! Lovely continental breakfast served in the dining room overlooking the lake and hills opposite completed a very good stay of incredibly good value for this country. Why not give 5 stars - taxi rip off and luckily it had stopped raining long enough for me to make my way - downhill - to the station and the awaiting Glacier Express. Amidst all the riches and splendour of the ghost town that was St Moritz , this was a diamond!!

She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commi**ent to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. Siamo stati seguiti diligentemente in reception dal Sig. Di Bella Sergio, puntuale, preciso sulle segnalazioni (luoghi,pacchetto hotel,ecc.) Ristorante dell’hotel assolutamente da provare, buona carta vini e fonduta che rispetta tradizione del posto e qualità. Nel compenso molto buono per un soggiorno di pochi giorni.

One might think lesser of a hostel as compared to a hotel but after our night stay at St Moritz Youth Hostel, I found myself truly underestimating the service a hostel can offer, much unbeknownst to a general opinion.
And we owe thanks to Iris and her team’s wonderful hospitality and service, the stay was a memorable and wonderful experience. It was the last night of our honeymoon trip in Switzerland. Although it was snowy, sheer cold and our skins were shivering from the brr conditions, the kindness and hospitality by Iris and her team who went above and beyond truly, exudes warmth from within, which made our experience an exceptional one. One that would etched in our memories for many decades to come.
We felt that this hostel provides extremely good value and is only a 10 mins bus ride away from the train station. The bus stop is right outside the hostel so it’s convenient even with big luggages. We bought 24 hours tickets at the station for the bus ride.
Hostel is clean and has a good welcoming vibe. Although we stayed in the shared bathroom, bathroom was clean and near, didn’t have to wait long to use. There was also a basin in the room so it’s quite convenient. You don't have to step out to brush teeth or do any washing. Do bring your own soap, u can borrow a hair dryer from reception.
We had dinner at the hostel, it was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful too.
I would highly highly recommend this place to stay , you are in safe hands and well taken care of by the awesome team! They are patient and answer all your questions and share with you more about how to get around. St Moritz is a small town, but the experience and takeaways we obtained from our stay, is far greater, significant than the place. This in my opinion, is what you call travelling for an experience, with an experience. Thank you so much to Iris and the team (sorry didn’t manage to get your names!!)!! Superb is an understatement.

It goes down from the sightseeing elevator in the center of the city and passes the trail to the observation deck by the lake. On the other side of the lake, the top of the mountain is snowy, the hillside is green jungle, reflecting the blue sky, the blue lake, that quiet, beautiful lingering. On the east bank of the lake, there is a large shallow rock beach. A yellow-haired girl who accompanied the puppy in the water greeted me warmly to play in the water. She took off her shoes and socks and rolled her pants and legs. She stepped on the water in the lake around 8℃. The cool and cool was unforgettable.
