"Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area."

"We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money."

"The only downside is that it's located on a small hill, so it gets very cold in winter, the ground is slippery, and walking up the slope is dangerous.
The environment is first-class, offering panoramic views of the lake, the surrounding landscape, and the mountains!
The spa is excellent, but the space is limited; it's a bit cramped for ten people.
The restaurant and bar are highlights.
Luckily, there's a shuttle service. The rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of tea bags."

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the cable car station; the hotel provides a pass for the cable car and buses in the area, which is very considerate.
