Nice resort and very good breakfast. The pool and locations are very good. The infrastructure is a bit old and cleanliness could be better.

酒店很大，環境很好，房間設施一般，比較老舊

We booked beachfront villa and it was during the hottest season in Thailand, when we got the room, the aircon was off, and the aircon is very tiny that it couldnt handle the heat. After 3 hours, it was still warm inside. And we went out for dinner and came back and the aircon was off! We checked, turns out the maid or the previous customer set the timer to turn off at 7pm! Hotel should reset the remote! And by the time we go to bed, it was still warm that we have to turn on the fan. Very disappointing as it’s quite expensive. The service wasnt great as well, not enough staff and the hotel is a long walk to car park. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and have to walk in the Island sun to the car as there was no buggy to be seen.

The room type 'Private Pool Villa' is so nice and has reasonable price. So convenient. Close to the another big public pool just at the corner of the room.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the Twin Lotus Resort. The resort offers a range of amenities, including 24/7 room service, laundry service, and a professional for massage treatments. The resort is situated in a beautiful green environment, with a beautiful beach and a well-equipped beach bar and restaurant that provides a romantic ambiance. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the staff is friendly, although there may be some limitations in English proficiency. The breakfast buffet offers a generous selection of food options, but the menu remains the same each day without variation.

Wir waren das letzte mal 2019 in diesem Hotel. Uns hat uns das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis gefallen. Wir empfunden nur einen Punkt nicht so Gut. Die liegen am Pool werden von Franzosen und Engländern regelrecht morgens vor dem Frühstück mit einen Handtuch blockiert. Die liegen bleiben dann auch mit dem Handtuch blockiert auch wenn die herschafften für 1-2 Stunden dort nicht aufkreuzen. Am Pool sind extra Schilder, mit dem Hinweis das alle zwei Stunden nicht belegte liegen von dem Pool Service entfernt werden. Dies entspricht leider nicht der Wahrheit. Ich habe an den 4 Tagen kein einziges Mal gesehen das jemand vom Hotel die liegen wieder frei gemacht hat. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein aber es ist okay.

We really liked this place, it is very clean, with a beautiful surrounding, staff was very nice. The swimming pool was very nice besides the shore but we needed to be careful of the round wall under the water. The room was quite far but then it gives opportunity to do some exercise. Overall i really recommend the place.

公共區域比房間有吸引力些

This is a beautiful beach resort, we stayed in a deluxe villa which was perfect for a relaxing stay. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of choices.
