Ulasan Hotel Windsor Castle

Suresh and Pushpa did a very good job of cleaning the rooms everyday. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salem for stay. Food in Submarine restaurant for lunch and dinner was excellent, highly recommend to try their biryani and seafood options.

Room 310 . Room was excellent and the House cleaning was done good and maintenance also excellent. It was a very good experienced in Windsor excellent food was also so delicious and beautiful presentation. House keeping members -Suresh, Pushpa, valli... they are obied very well for house cleaning. We had stayed here for 5 days.

The room is good and clean. I really liked the room design idea and the bed was so comfortable. I really enjoyed the ambience right there. The hotel is clean, stylish, and roomy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall this room is good.👍😀

Nice reception staffs and well guided - room are good with old wooden amenities-we had good atmosphere and Ex specially parking on car-we had good breakfast in the morning-totally value of money👍

Great hotel with palace like interiors. Felt like a royal family. The buffet breakfast was tasty and of high quality. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to salem

It's a good stay but the price is on the higher side. Amenities are impressive. Quality of breakfast is good

Rooms were not given on time. Toiletries and water bottles used by previous guests were not removed and cleaned after. On the second day in the morning room service was not at all proper. When questioned about this, the front desk didn't respond very well. Though the facilities are nice and they have fabulous interior the service undermines the overall experience.

Hotel room is not worth the rate. The first room that i stayed was near the kitchen exhaust and the constant whirring noise was irritating. We got the room changed. Breakfast is very good.

The bigger problem is the family rooms don’t have addl bathroom. and they have only bed for 3 people…charging facility was good Food is good .. Overall a very okish experience

it's an old building. that' ok.but the furniture urgently needs an overhaul.bed makes creaking sounds on every movement.we were placed in a room like a godown with no views to outside world. there were various types of noises coming from kitchen probably. which again made sleeping difficult. overall it was a difficult experience after paying a good amount just for a night's sleep

Rooms were big but poorly maintained, front office staff were good. Food was not good in total they are able to manage the crowd

Good place and ambience also nice. I am highly recommending this place for family and it's very near to central bustand. I have thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
