Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Salzburg City Center

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Salzburg! The customer service was truly superb. I’d like to especially compliment the receptionists, Juliana and Mary — and a big shoutout to Juliana. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the usual check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to check in early with just a short wait of about 20 minutes. During the wait, they even offered us coffee and pastries, which was such a thoughtful touch. Juliana was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient in answering all my queries. Her warm hospitality really made my stay feel special. Thank you to the team at Leonardo Salzburg for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

They have parking in the hotel( you need to pay ) and Chinese restaurant nearby 16 euro per person for breakfast. We didn’t include breakfast. All sight seeing is nearby … if you don’t want to walk. You can take bolt easily

Standard service

The hotel is not close, but you can leisurely walk to local attractions. However, the bathroom has weak exhaust capacity, the hair dryer will suddenly stop, and only carbonated water is provided. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Please pay attention when checking in.

The quilt is yellowed and the facilities are quite old. It's okay to stay for one night, but the front desk is very friendly and the hotel provides free transportation cards, which is very convenient. You can also use it to go to the lake area. If you need it when you check in, you can tell the front desk.

It's so close to Salzburg's Old Town that it's easy to get around on foot. Parking is available on site, which is a nice bonus.

The location was good for a walking tour of Salzburg, there was parking, and the hotel room was good. I am satisfied with the friendly staff.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the old town through the tunnel. There are many attractions and you can walk there. The transportation is also convenient. There is a bus stop at the door. The front desk is friendly. Although the room is small, the hygiene is also good. The Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel is very delicious. The Fujian boss lady cooks delicious dishes, which satisfies the Chinese stomach. Salzburg's Mirabell Palace and the castle fortress are highly recommended
